rafael ridao : I reside in a litlle town in Belgium called Noorderwijk ( Antwerp). Around 1850 there was a poet called Servaes Daems ( a street is named after him). In the 19th century he served as a librarian in the abbey of Tongerlo naar Westerlo. In one of his poems he used the Divine name YHWH. He is not the only one also Beethoven; Verdi ; Bach used this Divine name. Have a Nice day.
What! I couldn't close my mouth during this entire video! This was transcendent! Drummer was doing quantum rhythmic calculations and time divisions at warp speed! And never lost the groove! Great playing! Really great.
Absolutely ridiculously good. Holdsworthian, Pastorification Fusion. Marien & Tal are my favorite basists since Pastorius. The drummer is just out of this world good. That is the kind of drummer I like to play with. I have seen and heard percussion here I never heard before. That slow syncopated drum roll was rediculously unique. He can be all of busy, syncopated and interesting and intense at the same time, very difficult. Fusion Heaven. The best period.
Every time I hear your performers, it lifts my spirits and awakens my motivation to make music, thanks for what you do and for the beautiful music that you send us. a greeting from Spain
I've listened to this song about a dozen times today. It's infectious. I pick up some strong Pat Matheny vibes, which is an extremely good thing, in my opinion. Good stuff!
@@terrimac7993 You can tell it's flawless by the way they played it. If you listen, you can tell. By hearing it. And while you're listening and hearing and telling, practice not being a douche.
Between this one and "The Eldridge", Evan comes by it pretty honestly, and that's not even saying anything about his cover of "One Who Bares Fangs At God." I stumbled onto this guy's work from his collabs with Virgil Donati, and, man, life is good.
Something about those intro chords reminds me a bit of the intro/verse chords to "Eyes Waterfalling" by Level 42. Am I way off here? Also, thanks for the tune, it was great:)

Ridiculous.
