I think I know how to start but it may joy be right since i use it with dogs but, when ever you start clicker training you start by clicking the clicker and giving a treat, that basically teaches them that clicker means they did something right or that they get a reward, or when they do something correctly like lunging or poles, click and give them a treat, not sure if you would use treats with a horse like you would with a dog but you probably would. But once they learn that clicker means good job or that they did it right or did the right thing, then you don't have to use treats, hopefully that makes sense 👍 also I know I'm not the creator doing this but this is personally how I would, if the creator sees this and this isn't how they teach clicker training then I'm sorry 😥
