Great demo Andor. Love your Telecaster. The mother of pearl dot inlays look great on the maple neck. I think you've sold me on buying the pedal also. Thanks, from New Zealand.
What a great no BS review. I've been looking for a good jam session delay that falls between the $30 Berringer and the $100 price point. I was just getting ready to order this and reminded myself how I tend to jump in without research. I especially liked the close up of the actual settings, and the variety of genres you cover. Thanks!
Great video! 😊 Because the price of the Prophet delay pedal is so affordable, I went ahead and bought two of them (just yesterday) for an upcoming show, so that I can use one for a very fast slap back, and use the other for a longer delay - without having to stop and adjust just one pedal to switch between short/long delays in the middle of a show. I do have a question about the best way to connect these, though…my amp (Blackstar Club 40) has an effects loop on it; so would it be better to connect the two delays through this effects loop, or, should I just connect the pedals inline/in-series like I would with any other pedals on my pedalboard (thinking that they should still be placed last in the chain), or, would it even make any noticeable difference? I welcome any thoughts on this, from anyone who is kind enough to take the time to share them! Thanks again for the great video! 🙏😉
No one answered your question. I have a club 40. Same boat. Lookin to pick up a delay, have NEVER used an effects loop, so I'll probably run it inline, after my OD and BBE sonic stomp.
Hi Andor i liked this delay pedal but I have a doubt...in your opinion to make an effect close to The Edge (U2) what is the best delay, the tc electronic Echobrain Analog Delay or this TC Electronic The Prophet Digital Delay? Thanks.
@@AndorOsztrogonac i just start to play and have orange crush20rt that have only reverb and looking for more pedal to improve the sound.i think maybe chorus/delay/compression.what is your opinion? What you suggest? I play more in clean tone.
It depends on what kind of tones are you looking for. For example for the clean tone I like, I use a compressor or sometimes a clean booster, reverb and some delay.
Too clean for my personal taste, it almost annoys you how much reapets sparkle and sound clean. Its all about personal taste, i like warmer delay sound.
I own this pedal and it is better than pedals 4 times it's price point. It is a crystal clear perfect digital delay. Better than the flashback.
Yes it is great for real, I still love it!
Finally. The perfect review of this pedal. Thank you.
Thank you!

@3:21- what’s that lick? Nice!
Hey buddy! Thanks! I just played some random arpeggios with the delay effect
@@AndorOsztrogonac it sounds so familiar though. Like from an old song somewhere

Definitely this one! It's much more versatile, it has longer delay times, more repeats etc.
@@AndorOsztrogonac Thanks for your help...it was just to confirm. I will make the purchase by Thomann (your link) ;-)
Awesome!😀 Thanks so much for your support buddy!🙌 appreciate it!
What is better this one or echobrain analog?
Great rewie and i think it is best review for this pedal.you think that chorus and delay can sound good together?
Thank you! Yeah sure you can create good sounds combining those two.

Great review ! for your opinion when i play on start like i play on acustic guitar what type of pedal i need to sound good ?
Thank you! To be honest I never used pedals for acoustic guitars, so I'm not sure. But probably reverb, delay, eq are some of the most popular choices
Any noticeable volume drop? I know the EchoBrain has one…
No I haven't noticed any volume drop. Yeah the echobrain has because it's analog.
Is there any way to hook up a tap tempo pedal?
Unfortunately no, you can't.
Does it conserve repetitions after it switch off?
no it stops when you switch off
nice
thank you!

It seems very cold, and with some chorus always on...
Omg josh nicols tasting pedals jaja and where's drake?

Tasting them?
