The ceiling texture and pot lights make it look much more modern. Perfect home for a family on a tight budget. Enjoyed the tour guys, have a great day!
That comically large electrical panel is so when you turn the home into a convenience store later, you're ready to upgrade to 200 amp service and add 24 more circuits. 😆
I grew up in Eastern NC and lived in many mobile homes. I would honestly love to have one now versus this overly priced busted apartment we're renting! Our lease is up in June lol! 😂
Yeah, this is an economical version! I would want all the upgrades! And it's ridiculous that "they" think someone could manage getting all their plates, glasses, containers, pots and pans plus food storage in those 3 or 4 cabinets! Lol! I guess you could utilize the laundry room (which I love) for extra storage. But I do like the size of this one, just not the quality. Thanks for another video, love you guys!
My 2008 Schultz 12 x 65 has no storage! I had to get creative with baskets a sidebar a standalone cabniet, etc it all worked I love it but wow they sure waste space, could have had cabinets with high ceilings!
We installed an AO Smith version of the hybrid water heater this year. It costs considerably more, but uses far less energy. Energy Guide says cost to operate is about 120 a year. That's been about about right. Our monthly bills are about 40 dollars less.
Those sinks and tub are no good. It’s funny ours traveled 200 miles and didn’t have hardly any movement. That kitchen layout is like ours except it’s on the opposite side with the eat in kitchen. I like the ceilings
The mobile home siding put on in the 90s is not good. There are not many cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen sink is shallow. The master bathroom is little.
It’s interesting to see your areas homes. In the Northwest the minimum ceiling height is 8 ft flat ceiling for a new single wide

Don't buy a clanton home the owner of the company will screw you over on the financing and you will over pay by double
@ if I buy one, I will not be financing it

Bless Donnie. He cares about overflow. I guess he's had a swampy bathroom floor in his past! LOL That kitchen was depressingly plain to me.
Yep

I saw a singlewide with a mother in law suite in the back. Theyre getting more creative as they jack the prices sky high 😅
Yep

Mine is the exact same color but it's a1999 14 x 74 Reflections Limited by Fleetwood.
The heatpump water and hvac heatpump are two separate systems.

Some just hold up better
They need to do something about the trim and baseboards. In these trailers, it looks like c***It looks like it's from the 80's.😢
The numbers on the tongue are the last 4 of the serial number. I deliver these homes
Thanks
Love these videos. Is Donnie single? If so, how do you feel about dating a Texas older woman? 😂
I am not single I got a very nice lovely young woman at home sorry.

15:21 The Lizard King in the (prefabricated) house.
I can't stand the vinyl siding. It looks cheap. The wood siding looks so much better
That's a plain OVER PRICED trailer. Not for me.
They’re not for everybody
Something like this would be 175,000 or more in Ct.!!
