Thanks Bro for this awesome idea, today done the change in my bike and it all went well. What a relief from wrist pain and excellent seating position. Luckily it doesn't touch my visor. Need to experience how it feels in more than 100 km rides
Welcome bro! Happy to hear about it. Mine is touching the visor a little bit only. May be you'll have to cut the edge or grind it till the point where handle will pass through it without touching.
Can you please ride and review it with the new handle bar installed how was the experience with vibration and agility of the bike and overall riding experience ..TIA
TVS is heavier, due to larger size of the stem. Bar ends also heavier for the TVS. I haven't noticed any speed/handling issues. Due to the wider handle setup the leverage has increased and so does the handling, became much better.
@@exhaust_tales Thank you so much. I have brought the handle bars of Apache 200 4V. However my mechanic faced problem of cable shortage, both for clutch and throttle. Did you change those cables as well?
Sorry bro, I'm using that as well. Shifting between original and TVS handlebar to know the difference in ride quality. If you wish to buy new one try instagram page stock_nuts.
I have slightly raised the seat cushion which helps to reduce the knee bend pain but need to get a longer viser to deflect the wind since company visor is small and wind hits the chest and face.
I did this today on my CBR250R. I got the handle from TVS showrom from Pune for Rs.3600. It is really comfortable now. Now I just need to change the clutch cable because it is short. Your video inspired me. THANKS ALOT. Some people do these stuff and don't share. Thank you for sharing this!
You're most welcome bro 🥰 Happy to hear that it worked for you 👍🏼 Let's make more modifications to make it our ultimate touring bike. Thanks for the support 🥰👍🏼
Pro tip You can use Honda shine or unicorns bs6 model accelerator cables for better throttle experience for raised handlebars.. Cut the Windshield edge with angle grinder.. Then wrap it
Hi, I am having series back and neck pain, undergoing treatment for that. I am thinking of buying this bike, and changing the handle bar later. Should I go for it? Am I taking the risk of injuring my back? Will this bike will be as comfortable as himalayan?
If this seems like too much work you could simply loosen the pinch bolts on the clip-ons and move them to the top of the fork legs. You'd have remove the circlips. That extra 15 mm of height does make a difference and it's a very easy, zero cost job!! And easily reversible if u change your mind (which u won't).
Actually I tried that as well but never felt safe and it was constantly hitting my mind while riding at higher speeds. So I chose to change the handlebar for better riding ergonomics and safety as well 👍🏼
Do you have any idea about the tail section modification. I want to modify it but don't want it to look ugly...it's almost 9 years and I haven't touched the rear section yet. It's bone stock
Bro, stock handlebar is uncomfortable for some people, when riding in traffic with pillion. All the weight comes to the riders wrist and it gets really uncomfortable and painful. For such cases the TVS handlebar is a great solution. For solo riding stock handlebar is enough, and I have mentioned it in the videos.
Thanks Bro for this awesome idea, today done the change in my bike and it all went well. What a relief from wrist pain and excellent seating position. Luckily it doesn't touch my visor. Need to experience how it feels in more than 100 km rides
Awesome bro! 🥰
Brother you gave life to many cbr 250r riders including myself..
Thank you
So happy to hear that. Thank you! 😊
Thank you, I just upgraded to Apache handle bar, super comfortable now. But how did you manage, handle bar hitting visor.
Welcome bro! Happy to hear about it. Mine is touching the visor a little bit only. May be you'll have to cut the edge or grind it till the point where handle will pass through it without touching.
Hello sir
Is it fit for my cbr650f?
Where can i get the handle bar
I am fron malaysia
I don't think so bro, because fork size is larger in CBR650F.
How do I contact you personally. I am trying to fit it but the handle needs to lock to tye stem which I couldn't find a way.
Hello bro, just tight the bolts on the center. It should be fine. Mine did not get loose.
Can you show more about the hole needs to be made?
Sure. I will share a video explaining that.
@@exhaust_tales it will really helpful.
Hi where i get this cbr250r smock windshield? Can u help me 🙏🏻
I'm working on it, will let you know soon bro!
Is Mc kit will touch If stock visor ?
Yes brother. Need to cut edges of the visor.
Where did you buy thise handle bar, I do have same bike as yours but one handle is bent
Hello bro, this is from TVS Apache 200 4V.
What handle grips are you using?
Stock one bro!
Bro by any chance can we upgrade to ktm grips or dominar grips?
@Lohithnath I guess it should be possible!
Can you please ride and review it with the new handle bar installed how was the experience with vibration and agility of the bike and overall riding experience ..TIA
Bro, I have already done the initial impression video.

Hope you'll like it 🤗 Thanks for the support 🥰
Are the TVS handle bars lighter than CBR's ?? what about the bar-end weights ?? will it create any speed & handling issue ??
TVS is heavier, due to larger size of the stem. Bar ends also heavier for the TVS. I haven't noticed any speed/handling issues. Due to the wider handle setup the leverage has increased and so does the handling, became much better.
@@exhaust_tales thanks a lot bro.
Qual bolha está usando ? Tem link dela ?
Did alter the clutch cable and the accelerator cable bro...
No bro. They're stock. But I suggest to use TVS Apache 2004V clutch cable as it matches the length better than stock one.
@@exhaust_tales thank you for your reply my brother is having heavy arm pains on his cbr 250, this will be very helpful... Thank you and Take care
Welcome bro! I hope he'll feel better after this ✌🏼
Hello brother ,, can you please tell me from where you got this tank grips and wind shield .. please brother 🙏
Hello brother, I got it from AliExpress few years back. Let me check if they are available somewhere else now.
@@exhaust_tales oky brother ,, but they are not available now in ali xpress now ,,, please let me know if you find somewhere else 🙏❤️
Yes definitely 👍🏼
Thanks for this video. I want to change the handle bars for my CBR250R. Can you specify the exact TVS bike model so that I can buy those handle bars.
TVS Apache 200 4V
@@exhaust_tales Thank you so much. I have brought the handle bars of Apache 200 4V. However my mechanic faced problem of cable shortage, both for clutch and throttle. Did you change those cables as well?
I did not change the cables and it worked for me. If you would like to change I suggest Apache 200 4V clutch cable and Karizma R accelerator cable.
Where i can get the tvs handlebar
Try visiting a TVS service centre bro!
bro i want cbr original handelber... can u sold your old one?
Sorry bro, I'm using that as well. Shifting between original and TVS handlebar to know the difference in ride quality. If you wish to buy new one try instagram page stock_nuts.
Can we use r15 v3 clipons ? For sporty riding posture
I have seen people using CBR handlebar on R15-V3, so vice-versa it should work. Try it bro, and please share the results here. All the best ✌🏼
Does it fit for CBR 150r too??
For 150R you can use CBZ Xtreme or Karizma ZMR handle.
@@exhaust_tales thank you.
But the clip on will be better
I mentioned about clip-on only. Both CBZ Xtreme and Karizma ZMR has clip-on.
Cant we use this tv rtr one on CBR 150r
Check the comments above bro.
Is the fork dia same for both cbr and apache? And which visor have you fitted?
Fork dia is almost same bro. It'll fit directly. Visor is from AliExpress.
Hi bro, mine is cbr 150r will tvs 200v handle will fit? My windshield is stock.
Hey bro, not sure if the fork diameter is same as 250R. I'll research about it 😄
Bro can you please share the wind visors purchasing link?
Hello Bro, I got this from AliExpress about 4 years back. Now it seems out of stock since a long time.
U can try in Bandidos Pitstop Online.. Honda CBR 250R Single Bubble Visor
Is both design are same? I mean i like this visors,is that same we get it on bandidos?
Bandidos ones are little different. But overall look is somewhat similar bro.
But to use this handle bar we need to change the visor also right? As you have done?
I don't think so. Visor was changed long back, may be 3-4 years ago. I guess this should work with stock visor as well.
@@exhaust_tales hoh. So if you turn the handle bar fully it won’t hit the visor then?
Yes, it won't. There's a gap.
I have slightly raised the seat cushion which helps to reduce the knee bend pain but need to get a longer viser to deflect the wind since company visor is small and wind hits the chest and face.
Yes you should get one!
Which tvs bike handle bro????
Apache RTR 200 4V bro.

Awesome bro 🤩
Cables need to be fixed from the fron of the bar and the length fits fine.
Which clutch cable did you buy? Did you route the accelerator cable from front side?
Pro tip You can use Honda shine or unicorns bs6 model accelerator cables for better throttle experience for raised handlebars.. Cut the Windshield edge with angle grinder.. Then wrap it
Great idea ✌🏼
Hi, I am having series back and neck pain, undergoing treatment for that. I am thinking of buying this bike, and changing the handle bar later. Should I go for it? Am I taking the risk of injuring my back? Will this bike will be as comfortable as himalayan?
I have driven Himalayan, its comfortable for my back for long rides. Is CBR gives similar comfort after changing handlebars.
After changing the handlebars the bike is definitely more comfortable, but I don't think it will be more than Himalayan.
@@exhaust_tales Is sitting posture similar to Himalayan?
May be not that much upright but definitely more comfortable than stock.
@@exhaust_tales Can we handlock after changing handlebar?

@Chao_chandan25 I know a few bikes with modified tail section. I'll try to make a video regarding those!
Price of handlebars?
Around 3300 bro.
Nice work brother, can you please make a new video after 11 months of uses for both touring as well as city ride.
Yes brother, full review coming soon 🥰
Nice video bro....what is the difference in height of the handle bar after the replacement.
Hi bro, I'll measure it and will let you know. Currently bike is not with me.
Bro can you give me thigh grip link
It's currently unavailable bro. Once it is back in stock I'll update here.
