Hi tracy congrats to James and I'm go sorry Emily is having trouble with her knee .I to tracy have arthritis to my neck and spine my lower spine I've got spondylitis I've got 3 discs in my lower backcrumbling and curvature of the spine my grandson who's 20 towers over me and call me tiny and always says is it cold down there I tell him he's not to big to get a smack bum love fran xxxxxx❤❤❤❤❤❤
