I love making sausage rolls and I rather fancy the cheese, bacon and sausage meat. I’ve made the apple ones and added some sage they were delish. I used to make sausage plaits, which are really easy & look really effective. I just mixed sausage meat with sage & onion stuffing. Place the mixture down the centre of the pastry sheet & cut diagonal strips down each side & fold them over the mixture so it looks like a plait. Eggwash it, pop it in the oven & eat it hot or cold. Everyone loved them, to the point I actually used to make spares & keep them in the freezer & got sick of making them😂😂 Now I've seen you doing them, I might make a couple for over Christmas 😄

Thank you so much for finding the time to produce this video with everything else you are doing and thank you to Ben also but l do think he will be out of a job when he comes home as George his very good filming and also adding commentary. Other people may not of noticed but when you were talking about you and Ben cooking the Christmas dinner together he was very careful and said remember so quietly and Tracy changed it in to a joke to show she did remember it would not be the case this year, George is such a thoughtful sensitive and kind boy he did not want to upset his mom. Tracy you need to swap rolls and let George do the cooking my favourite was the bacon and Brie l also like it in a toasty sending big huggles to you all including the Excellent two other taste testers and your two doggies from Lynda.❤

What are fantastic video at least your kids are cooking with you and the UK should be full of this Spirit's where you should be able to cook with your kids the only thing I would say we all rolls I would put a better cranberry on the base or if you don't have fussy people around you lol me personally it would have been a spicy cranberry sauce that would go so well with the cheese
