@@Shapes_Quality_Control yeah but NV is a dry heat and it makes a difference. Atlanta, went there in summer of 92 and knew I’d never be back. The humidity there is practically asphyxiating.
I wasn't expecting to find a comment like that but same here! He's definitely my favorite actor from the entire series. That part where it only focusses on him and you realize you put hope in him although you know what he's done was so perfectly portrayed by him.. did not expect that to be my favorite episode at all but it still is!
season 1 was great because it set the course of the whole show, introduced us to the characters, and shocked us with it's originality and brutality. it's hard to lose momentum in the first 6 episodes. season 2 was too slow, but it did a great job of building characters (Shane was the best). season 3 was too focused on Rick vs. Governor, but it was still a good season (Glen went ham, and Merle was a beast). season 4 is a perfect balance, and is just as good as (if not better than) season 1.
Morrisey had the best most consistant accent of any Brit on the show and he was like 50 when he started that show and you would not guess hes a solid unit when you see his older roles. Great actor.
+Desolation00 He sounds nothing like Liam Neeson. Neeson=Irish=totally different accent. Morrissey=British=totally different accent. You Americans are tone deaf when it comes to accents.
I saw him on one of the Doctor Who Christmas special episodes before seeing him on the Walking Dead. Didn't know it was the same actor at first. I think that just shows how good of an actor David is.
Loved him in “Sense And Sensibility” version 2008. He was awesome in the role of Colonel Brandon, perfect, handsome, gentleman. It suited him perfectly.🤗🥰😊
***** Well, any given day to be truthful. Last wednesday I woke up to my upstairs neighbour having a private rave. Leastways that's what it sounded like with the subwoofers blasting through concrete. I can get behind wanting to listen to some favourite jams but wednesday morning 5:30 in a flat, that's harsh. Also, loved what you did with the biter heads, that was some Jeffrey Dahmer shit right there.
This show and many other mainstream movies in Hollywood proves the level and quality of talent us Brits have...you guys get us British lot to do true american voices..and we do it with ease and watch you fuck up the generic british one..
1. Brits watch FAR MORE American television than Americans do British televsion. 2. British actors are absolutely better for the most part than american actors, I can admit that. But you can't admit you guys don't have an exaggeration to our accents. Whether it's Oldman, or Tom Hardy, or Liam, or Morrison, they round their mouths a little bit too much and it can sound unnatural at times. Not all the time, but it can be noticeable.
Wow - what a fantastic actor! He’s SO freaking creepy & icky as the Governor - but he seems like such a nice & funny guy in real life! Very humble, & shows he has character by how much he appreciates the crew ❤
David Morrissey also played a character with a thick Southern accent in a Syfy movie about a small Bible - Belt town hit by the 10 plagues of Egypt. He starred with Hillary Swank who did this rational scientist character who investigated supernatural / paranormal events. The title of the movie eludes me right at the moment but David Morrissey / " The Next Doctor " / The Governor was reasonably good in it.

BFFs Engineer PROMOTED
BFFs Engineer hehe
😕A bunch of Bromos.
you're wrong lol
Are you saved friend? If you died tonight will you go to heaven or hell? God Almighty, the Creator was manifest in the flesh. He came into the world to take away the sin of the world. He gave up his own life to save yours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for your redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him.
This is the Gospel which means the Good News.
John 1:1,14 KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,
I live in Georgia and I always think it's hilarious hearing other people talk about how hot and humid it is when I'm like "ehh not too bad today"
I live in Vegas where it gets up to 115 in July and I spent the summer up in Seattle where they were saying "80 excessive heat warnings". Laughed my ass off.
@@Shapes_Quality_Control yeah but NV is a dry heat and it makes a difference. Atlanta, went there in summer of 92 and knew I’d never be back. The humidity there is practically asphyxiating.
@@abarkcanoe oh tell me about it dude. Since this post I spent a summer in San Antonio and Houston and the humidity was unreal!
i miss this guy
I wasn't expecting to find a comment like that but same here! He's definitely my favorite actor from the entire series. That part where it only focusses on him and you realize you put hope in him although you know what he's done was so perfectly portrayed by him.. did not expect that to be my favorite episode at all but it still is!
He played the Governor so well. What a character.
That accent is unmistakably liverpool like, had no idea he was a Liverpudlian
:) I am :) Not that you give a shit
andyynwa94
Omg me tooo
trikstamanq
same , i don't give a shit too
I just discovered he was born in kenny in liverpool :P
The crew! Yes, the crew! You gotta appreciate the crew working around the clock to make a show/movie look good... :)
season 1 was great because it set the course of the whole show, introduced us to the characters, and shocked us with it's originality and brutality. it's hard to lose momentum in the first 6 episodes. season 2 was too slow, but it did a great job of building characters (Shane was the best). season 3 was too focused on Rick vs. Governor, but it was still a good season (Glen went ham, and Merle was a beast). season 4 is a perfect balance, and is just as good as (if not better than) season 1.
The Poor Man's Liam Neeson.
Just Kidding, I loved to hate you Mr. Morrissey. "The Governor" was a despicable character you played well.
The rich man's Norm McDonald!
Emory Myers minus the hilarious no-punchline jokes and stories that go nowhere
"I brought whiskey"
David Morrissey Britains most underrated actor!
Morrisey had the best most consistant accent of any Brit on the show and he was like 50 when he started that show and you would not guess hes a solid unit when you see his older roles. Great actor.
I'm hearing Liam Neeson but seeing David Morrissey.
+Desolation00 He sounds nothing like Liam Neeson. Neeson=Irish=totally different accent. Morrissey=British=totally different accent. You Americans are tone deaf when it comes to accents.
+LoboDeSade Nope. He actually sounds a lot like Liam Neeson. Not only in terms of their accent but also the lower-pitched voice.
+LoboDeSade I'm actually British. Not sure why you automatically assumed I was American.
I saw him on one of the Doctor Who Christmas special episodes before seeing him on the Walking Dead. Didn't know it was the same actor at first. I think that just shows how good of an actor David is.
"No ones safe in our show."
Tywin Lannister: " Bitch please..."
Loved him in “Sense And Sensibility” version 2008. He was awesome in the role of Colonel Brandon, perfect, handsome, gentleman. It suited him perfectly.🤗🥰😊
David is an amazing actor. He has made me legitimately hate his guts to the point that I have to pause to remember he is an actor playing a part.
He has been my favorite for a long time, but Negan is about to take his spot.
M_Dutch97 ya he's a new kind of badass
PeaceTree024 I don't really like Negan after watching him for a few episodes. He's getting boring.
@@M_Dutch97 and now?
@@sfogel I've stopped watching. The show is as insulting now as season 8 of Game of Thrones.
@@M_Dutch97 you don't even now how seasons 9 and 10 are amazing
If ANYBODY can play an EPIC PSYCHO this man succeeded. His role as the Walking Deads "Governor" was and still is Unforgettable
I can't wait to meet him!!
Fucking A Mun! If this guy were to ever shout/scream at me I would fucking cry.
Love the fact he talks like "a proper Britishman!" On here, but in the show he goes Full Badass American mode! XD
They're called "biters", not "zombies", Conan!
They're called "walkers" not "biters", pite9!
Jaden Guidry not if you ask The Governor aka Brian Hariot. Biters it is!
Jaden Guidry - For us, because we follow Rick's group, who calls them Walkers. But different groups call the different names. :)
I just call them "saturday night in the hood".

Well, any given day to be truthful.
He is from Kensington in Liverpool which is quite a deprived area. The guy is a great actor and deserves all the success he is getting. Good on him.
He is so hot!
I know right I was thinking the same thing.. So handsome.
Agreed! He's so handsome I just wanna cry!
What about me??? I'm hot...
just be cool. ;)
***** What's that got to do with me asking them a question??? I miss you Philip :(
David Morrissey should be snake in MGS:PP ...
He sounds awesome
agreed !!
Wow he would be awesome as snake can't believe I never thought of that.
You aren't the only one to have thought that.
Conan, ask him to sing Labibi bida bidum, please, ask him ^o^
I can see David Morrissey as THE next James Bond. He'd better be.
David Morrissey is great man.
This guy reminds me of Liam Neeson
I didn't know most of these guys had accents...that's how you know they're amazing actors :D
Not all the time, but it can be noticeable.
oh please, get over yourself. there are tons of big name british actors who suck at US accents. There are equal amounts of terribleness from both.
We americans are the original accent. Your accent isn't the original.
***** look up if americans are the original accent. =)
***** think about it. and looki it up
It's crazy how much he looks and sounds like Liam Neeson. I know Neeson is Irish and Morrissey is English, but still!
That makes sense because he's from Liverpool (where the Beatles were from), and that city has a great deal of Irish influence.
Wow - what a fantastic actor! He’s SO freaking creepy & icky as the Governor - but he seems like such a nice & funny guy in real life! Very humble, & shows he has character by how much he appreciates the crew ❤
Yes his role is more menacing and played much better than Negan.
While watching this video, I couldn't help but feel afraid that the Governor was going to kill me.
True iconic character he played.
Because the governor seemed nice in the beginning, I feel nervous watching him in this interview. He is a damn good actor
Love that he’s from Liverpool proud to be a scouser 🤙🏼
David Morrissey also played a character with a thick Southern accent in a Syfy movie about a small Bible - Belt town hit by the 10 plagues of Egypt. He starred with Hillary Swank who did this rational scientist character who investigated supernatural / paranormal events. The title of the movie eludes me right at the moment but David Morrissey / " The Next Doctor " / The Governor was reasonably good in it.
woah deep baritone voice. wow!
haven't seen anything else that he's in, but as far as in the walking dead, his acting was phenomenal
he is just an amazing actor, nice performances in twd
Am I the only one who thinks he could’ve played Doctor Doom in the MCU?
Governor is the best Villain in TWD Universe. And you cannot change my Mind
