I like the home except it's too small for the money. Also, I don't like the A/C unit right outside the bedroom window and when you are sitting in the back "relaxing', you will hear the A/C condenser running. The HVAC unit in the hallway needs to go in the garage. I was once in a home in Florida and the HVAC was so annoying hearing it in the hallway. Anyway, just my thoughts and I like your presentation.
I just saw the video again and I agree. You open your window and all you see is the A/C unit. Not a good place for it. Thank you for sharing this.
Hi John. For this size home $307.000 is about average at the moment. You may find something a bit cheaper but less square footage. Also, the AC unit is not there for the actual homes you purchase they’re on the other side of the home where there’s no room. They just have it for the model because of the lot it’s on. It’s so interesting everyone has their presences for the AC. One thing I’ve learned. 🤔😅Thank you for watching 😊
The AC does not go in that location when your purchase the home. That’s just where the placed it for the model home ☺️

No windows in bathrooms. Fiberglass showers. Ceiling is 9’4”? Don’t like carpet.
Yes this is a Spec Home builder where they offer different series of home and this is one of their most affordable models. You get the Square footage without the crazy price tag that some builders offer. Most of the bigger named builders have carpets in their bedrooms. Thank you for the feedback. 😊
