For Me! I need window blinds, chandelier defining the DR, gas stove, w/d, backyard deck, outdoor lights, and privacy fence, a tub and double sinks, another row of racks in closet, MBR, and Security storm doors.
I wish my editors would've put my bloopers for you guys 😂 I was walking down and I was like I found you!!! Tomorrow we do have bloopers watch the ending of the one being released.
Good luck on the job search. There are so many places hiring and I hope you can find something you love! You are very welcome ❣️ Thank you for watching.
Hi Estrella. I started adding it to my current videos in the description however, not all the builders provide the room measurements but when they do, I add them. Thank you for the feedback 😊
Thank you for watching. This builder does bigger homes and we do have other builders as well that have those square footages just a little higher in price.
Keep in mind this is an affordable priced home it will not have all the Knicks and crannies as they say. It’s more for someone who wants something simple 🙂
Why are companies still making small rooms? 17x15x9?? Perfect size for any room these days! I like the location, good No HOA FEES! That's a Plus! Who wants to pay those!
They do have some builders making bigger rooms these are more geared towards someone who wants either to downsize, first time homebuyer, someone who wants something more affordable. The higher priced homes have huge rooms! I love going into them ☺️
That's an amazing price for a block home of that size in FL. Do you have the MLS listing? I would be interested in more details about lot size, build direction, etc and I'd like to know construction details as well.
Thank you for watching :) For some is it a little small and there are some who love the size of these because it is not too big and easy to clean. We do however have some homes around this price point with 1750 square feet.
Locating the AC air handler in the garage is the worst place as far as the risk of pollutants and carbon monoxide entering the house. Second worst for heat gain in the summer.
Hi Don. Thank you for the information. It is very common for the AC handler to be in the garage. Not very many homes with it inside but it’s good to know. 🙂
Hi Wendoly I have been looking for a house for many years now. I would like to be friends and get some advise from you. I also like this house. I sure would like to see it in person.
Hi! I am happy to hear that you like this home. I would love to give you advice. If you give me a call at (407) 591-8170 I can help you out :) I look forward to speaking with you!
This home is a little over an hour from Orlando just a couple minutes. In every video, I GPS the time from every house to make sure I am providing exact information.
Ocala is not 2 hours from Orlando... at least its never taken me 2 hours. It's about an hr and 10-25 mins depending on which part of Orlando you plan on going.
Yes. Ocala is growin in every part so a lot of people are coming for price, distance between homes and lot sizes, and also for the growth it is experiencing.
It depends on the area. Here in Ocala the taxes are not bad. I think the highest I have seen so far is $4000 and that was someone who had no homestead on their home. I know someone who came down from Connecticut and wants to move because his was getting near the 30K range. Location is a big part
FL is the #1 state that I would "NEVER" move to also will "NOT" vacation there!!! But this house is by far the cutest house with the best layout that I have ever seen displsyed out of FL. I love, love, love the kitchen the cabinets they are so pretty! The only disappointment in this house to me is the primary ensuite it's too small & narrow....
😂 I love this house. Last year when I started looking for a home for myself, my friend told me I should buy this one but I was hesitant because I was scared to make the wrong choice haha. I agree it is a very nice home but the square footage is a little on the smaller end. More for like someone who wants the smaller space with the split floor plan.
CDD stands for Community Development District. It is an entity that develops the land by providing infrastructure and amenities, maintains the community and its amenities, and works to provide a higher standard of living for homeowners. You will typically find this in new communities with amenities. It also helps keeps the purchase price of homes lower.
Great explanation. Some states call it a developer fee. In CA it is called a Mello-Roos bond. It all basically operates as a bond to pay for all the new infrastructure needed for all the new people in a developing area. It is not an HOA.
@@tommorningstar6373 I guess its a form of local tax to build infrastructure but then that fee should be deducted from property tax. It seems like a CDD is a tricky form of double taxation. The property tax should cover the infrastructure development along with public school and community services like police, fire, library.. The HOA should cover the maintainanance of property and any developed infrastructure in the community along with any perks like cable. The CDD seems like some mafia stuff that the developer adds in to keep getting paid.
For Me! I need window blinds, chandelier defining the DR, gas stove, w/d, backyard deck, outdoor lights, and privacy fence, a tub and double sinks, another row of racks in closet, MBR, and Security storm doors.
We have options for everyone! Thank you for watching and sharing. This will help me find homes to show with these available.
I like this house in Florida still have house under $300,000 that good
Yes we have a good amount of options under $300K and not just here in Ocala but other areas as well
I love her walking down the street in the intro very different 😄
I wish my editors would've put my bloopers for you guys 😂 I was walking down and I was like I found you!!! Tomorrow we do have bloopers watch the ending of the one being released.
I'm living in nebraska I plan to move to Florida but I am for job I love 💘 the house thank you video

Súper linda ahora me falta conseguir trabajo allá por que vivo en PR 🤷🏻♂️
No te preocupes que aqui se encuentra trabajo rapidamente. Hay muchas areas donde puedes trabajar :)
Hi.. it will help if you mention the size of the rooms, kitchen, living etc. Thanks….
Hi Estrella. I started adding it to my current videos in the description however, not all the builders provide the room measurements but when they do, I add them. Thank you for the feedback 😊
Amazing prices …… wow!
Yes they are!
The insurance policy went up a lot and flood insurance policy are very high price also state farm is not wetting insurance policy no more in FL
The insurance in this area is very affordable and luckily we are not in a flood zone :)
Nice house, a little too small in size for me, I would prefer 175 to 250 more in square footage. The center island having cabinets is a nice touch.
Thank you for watching. This builder does bigger homes and we do have other builders as well that have those square footages just a little higher in price.
A landry room without a landry sink is incomplete.
Keep in mind this is an affordable priced home it will not have all the Knicks and crannies as they say. It’s more for someone who wants something simple 🙂

Hi Jessie. If you give me your email, I can send you the MLS listing. You can give me to me here or via text/call (407)591-8170
Not too long ago, they were selling for 150k to 175k.
Lot size is good, but home size is a bit small. Home size should be at least 1750 squae feet ( not including garage)
Thank you for watching :) For some is it a little small and there are some who love the size of these because it is not too big and easy to clean. We do however have some homes around this price point with 1750 square feet.
Hey wendoly I'm looking for a house and the ones you are showing look very nice and affordable. Can you help me out?
Hey Manny. Yes I can definitely help you out. Give me a call at (407)591-8170
Love it anything wrong with that area?
Nope. 🙂 I actually live in this area

Nice home. What is the name of the subdivision and the name of the builder?
I am glad you think so :) This one is in Marion Oaks and it is a private builder here in the area. I will get you the information
Would it be OK to place a Tiny Home in the back is that legal???
Hi! Yes you can place a tiny house in the back. There are some homeowners in the area now that have tine houses.
Like the house or similar.
Very nice floor plan that is still being offered 😊
Hello
Is this cement or wood frame
Hello. This home is a concrete block home
It's 2 hours from Orlando.
This home is a little over an hour from Orlando just a couple minutes. In every video, I GPS the time from every house to make sure I am providing exact information.
@Win with Wendoly can't be. Google map is always accurate.
Ocala is not 2 hours from Orlando... at least its never taken me 2 hours. It's about an hr and 10-25 mins depending on which part of Orlando you plan on going.
Are a lot of people moving to Ocala?
Yes. Ocala is growin in every part so a lot of people are coming for price, distance between homes and lot sizes, and also for the growth it is experiencing.
There is no windows 🪟 in the bathroom 🚽
Not for this one. This one is intended to be more affordable. Thank you for watching! 😊
Fl extremely high property taxes happen now. Forcing homer to sell because they'll can't afford High taxes.
It depends on the area. Here in Ocala the taxes are not bad. I think the highest I have seen so far is $4000 and that was someone who had no homestead on their home. I know someone who came down from Connecticut and wants to move because his was getting near the 30K range. Location is a big part
Is it cement or wood?
Hi. The home is made of Concrete blocks
What does it take to qualify for a home like this
If you give me a call aI can explain everything. There's a few things that play a part. One being if you are in Florida or out of state, etc.
Golden rule never buy a home that does not have a window in bathroom.
There are a lot of other homes to view with a window in the bathroom just pricing will be a little higher than this one 🙂

Is it available ?
We do have a few and some other options around this price
This house is still available
We do have I believe one more. I have to see if it is for sure still available and also if more are going to be built.
Omg twentyfive five today and tonight just me and my friend 😊❤😊😊😊😊😊looking for something short not long skinny or fat short fat skinny yes 😊😊😊😊😊😊❤😂

La disposition des pièces ne me plaît pas
Hola. Muchas gracias por ver mi video 😊
What does CDD mean? Is that CDD thing unique to Florida?
