You did an awesome job. I own a Lennar Home and love it. We have the Princeton model which is also spacious and we have a tray ceiling in master. The space is so great!!!

OMG!! I was so excited for you to tour these two homes… they are my favorite models from each builder… I was all ready to scream for Lennar until you did the comparisons. I would have been 100% Lennar but they do wooden structure instead of concrete… I feel like for Florida that is important to have block structure.. LTS , I am so torn… thanks for your videos, you do an awesome job…

This is the second video of watched of yours and I’ve enjoyed both of them , so that equals a new subscriber!😊. I will be relocating to the Tampa, FL area (Riverview, Apollo Beach) from Charlotte, NC this summer. I really liked the D.R. Horton home. I visited a D.R. Horton new development in Apollo Beach last month while visiting. The Lennar home looked good as well, but the concrete block base of the home feels more protective and solid to me. Thank you for the comparison video.

Well, I prefer the DR Horton home because of the brick exterior and trey ceilings. The floor plan was more open as well.
Funny I been to the lennar home in your video but you picked the wrong house to compare with D. R. Horton. I know lennar has those next Gen homes that has the in law part also with their own entrance Door.. They are nice.. By the way I just bought the lennar house next door to the one you reviewed.. Lol anyway good to see the review and I got you.. Have a great one

Great video. Great comparisons. You mentioned the incentives, but didn’t go into detail with each of their current incentives. Usually going with their perspective lenders, the incentives are the same for all the homes right?
Thank you so much. The homes that are move-in ready are the ones you are going to get the BEST incentives!! Right now, many builders are offering rate buy downs and $ towards closing costs.

I like the comparison of houses, the horton home i like thats is concrete, i would like that you would tell us the dimensions of the rooms, i like the in law suite of the horton. The bedrooms seem a little smaller at the horton. Now! I don't ñike that lenner home was made of wood, i loved their bathroom it was awesome, bedrooms don't like the carpet in nether homes. The lenner master rooms was bigger so was the closets. Also like their kitchen and formal dinning and kitchen nook, but I like the 1/2 bathroom in the horton, i like the sliding doors in the horton. But i the lani though it is smaller. You should continue showing some comparison of different home. I'm planning to relocate in a few yrs.

Hola.....we prefer the Lennar home. I would definitely change the front door in both homes for something more classy.

I like the lennar home better but I think it’s made of wood and I would never get a wood house in Florida
They do build concrete homes more south. Second floor is still wood

I really dislike the air vents above all of the bedroom doors in the DR Horton model. It doesn't seem like it would be very private. I like the Lennar model much better.
