How strange is this... I was detecting in my usual area yesterday, I had a clear sounding target coming in a 8 (Using the Sonar program) But I ignored it, as I was digging enough non-ferris targets alone... If I walk over it again, I will dig it... I’d not seen a target come in at 8 before... Next hunt, I will use the 101 program.. Thanks for the video Gary... Best Wishes CMNW 🏴
@@The-skillschool Thanks Gary. I’ve just loaded the Pitch 101 in my remote.. In the settings, you say to have the frequency at 33KHz, mine won’t go higher than 31,373KHz (Freq Shift set to max) I’m I doing something wrong?... I’m also using HF Round... Best Wishes CMNW 🏴
4.51 I reckon that's part of a bronze age rapier. I found a larger part of one recently. The elliptical end is the big clue. It's probably made of solid copper, like mine. I have the Deus and that's the signal I got. You should definitely check that out with your local finds officer if you've not already done so.
Another great video Gary will have to try this out I do good with ultimate 0.0 disc especially hammered coins I’m still on 4.0 software do you think I’d do better on latest software
11:47 Wow an 800 year old coin. Being from the US I can't imagine finding something that old. It's almost a millennia old. I would love to know what the oldest coin is you ever found
Hi Gary, I'm Luca from Italy, I congratulate you on the videos you make. Very useful for learning how to use the Deus. I ask you a question this program can be suitable for a 9 "x35 plate using the 28 or 18 frequency
Yer iron ball looks like cannon shot, i found one a few years ago, near to a civil war battle site, very similar but mine had a chain connected to it which would have had another iron ball connected, another good video cheers,

@@The-skillschool No problem. Thanks for the videos by the way - as a relatively new Deus user I find them invaluable.

Thanks for watching, if we are lucky we can find Iron age coins that are pre Roman, also known as Celtic coins.
