Hi, I have a question regarding the ahrufs. how can some ahruf not contradict each other when in some the words are plural and in other they are singular. for example in 2:184, the hafs and warsh are differing on the command of Allah, one says to feed a poor person (miskinin) and the other says to feed poor men (masakina). as a Muslim, this is troubling me so please answer

    assalamualaikum
A strong follower of your content
I have benefited tons from your manner of teaching. I have completed the gramar series, 50%, 65% and am now going to watch 85% series. I wanted to ask you what is the best next step for me. And is getting a personal arabic tutuor necessary.

      Wa alikom asslam brother,
Jazakum Allahu khairan .. May Allah increase you in knowledge, amen.
After finishing the 85%, I highly recommend completing the Quranic Grammar series, as it will help you understand the structure of the Arabic sentence even better.
Also refining your Tajweed skills is a very important skill to keep an eye on if you haven't done that already.

Why do we have جر under the ب of ربک and رب العزة in the ayah
سبحان ربک رب العزة عما یصفون
And why do we have nasb over the ن of
    its next ayah
    و سلام علی المرسلین

    • Try your best to do at least some of these things
    throughout the day:
    1. Performing your mandatory salah, this
is one of the most important acts you
can do in your day to day life.
    2. Performing thikr, it doesnt need to be
alot, just a little bit every day goes a
    long way. Eg. AllahuAkbar,
    Subhanallah and Alhamdulilah.
    3. Sending salawaat upon the holy
    prophet Muhammad (SAW), such as
    reciting Durood Ibrahim
    4. Try to your best to be an honest
    person, no matter what.
    5. Give charity if you have the means to
    do so.
    6. Help somebody or aim to make a
fellow muslim happy, with the correct
intention this calls for a great reward.
    7. Avoid gossip and false accusations as
    well as avoiding backbiting.
    8. Always respect and be kind towards
your parents, remember that you will
never be able to repay them for what
    they did for you.
    • May Allah, the most glorious, always
keep our intentions pure and protect us from arrogance.
