Suffering has helped me become more grateful for even the smallest things in life. When you've been through so much suffering in life that you begin contemplating suicide, it's very freeing in a strange way once you make it past those thoughts. You become much more aware of everything you once took for granted in life. It's sad how easy it is for us to take things for granted. We usually don't realise the things we have until they are gone, no matter how big or small they are. Thanks for the video, keep up the good work stranger.
Suffer in life and sometimes it gives you a break! I worked like a dog in my 20s going from bad job to bad job (mostly labourer) Just before the housing crisis I had an opportunity at a home a 1.5 floor bungalow. All I had was a basic trailer home so nothing ventured nothing gained. After I moved into my new home that night after my family left I wept tears of joy! I never did that ever in my life!
We must make every second count and suffering only taught me to appreciate everything in life and enjoy every second Fully knowing that i have no control over the uncontrollabe factors and have a limited number of breaths to draw from and heart beats to pound I must make every second count for myself To live and die happily no matter how much I do or do not do I know I could do even more But even if not i enjoyed life fully even the restful respites are all a luxury
