Great bed system! The passenger seat in my VW T6 is a double swivel, the driver a single swivel. From your video it looks as though the passenger seat needs to be a single swivel, or can the headrest piece with the 'Cabbunk Patented' text be adjusted left / right to fit over either headrest in the double passenger seat? Thanks
@@urbanarkoverland just curious. I was thinking of rigging something up similar to the cabbunk and was curious to size of the poles they use. I’m mainly looking to go the DIY route because the cabbunk system might not work with how my van is. Thanks for your reply.
I bought this couple of years ago. Looks good on paper, don't actually work well in real life. It's very flimsy. Best to custom craft your own bedding solutions.
Awesome product
It really is. Thanks 👍🏻
Absolutely magic.
👍🏻
Very nice well done bud stay safe all. 👍🍺😃
Thanks matey 👍🏻👍🏻

Best sending Richard at cabbunk an email. I’m sure it works. But best check 👍🏻
We've bought these second hand on ebay. Figured out how to fit over headrests. But how does the long wide velcro straps go
That straps over the pole
I have an older video of the same.
The top pole?
They go over the headrests as they support the lower bunk.
Awesome 👍, what's the weight capacity?
Officially 70kg. But I’m 100kg almost and it took me 👍🏻
thank you
You are very welcome
Do they make them for non swivel seats?
Sorry. I don’t believe so.
@@urbanarkoverland oh thats a shame. Thanks for replying
@@Itsgirltribe I have seen cots like that though. That sit all around the dash etc 👍🏻
The single bunk works without swivels, but swivel plates are widely available. The twin bunk version needs both seats to swivel.
I wish I could use this in our 1999 Coachmen Cartalina Class A
But our captain seats do not have a head rest 😢
Does it have any kind of head support?
Are the poles aluminum? Do you know the pole wall thickness is?
Not sure really. But plenty strong enough

What is the price of the two bunks?
£349 for the double. Are you in the uk?

Gonna have to totally disagree
It will take my weight and I’m 15 stone???
