ear scratching, head shaking, head tilt. when you squeeze base of ear it's painful or itchy smells musty

My little dog keeps looking back and forth almost like she has vertigo. She was normal this morning. I don't have $ for a vet any suggestions? I can send a video if it helps. She is in distress!!!

It could be vestibular disease but you need to get to a vet ! Most now accept payment plans such as care credit or scratch pay. Good luck !
