I like the Line 6 M5 for modulation too, but the foot switches have gotten glitchy and my 50 year old eyes have a hard time reading the display on stage. Shame, because the M5 has a lot to offer but I can’t use it anymore. 😢
I use a tuning fork so the tuner can likely go. I’d go LPD PWR clean boost into an LPD Eighty7. Then a modulation, Wampler Terraform probably. Then a verb. Walrus Fundamental Reverb possibly since I’ll probably be running mono and that sounds great in mono. Lastly, a delay. Probably the Keeley Halo. It’s a great pedal even in mono. I always run delay after reverb. It just sounds better when higher reverb settings are used.
Depends on what you play. If you’re playing low gain or clean then you’ll need other pedals than a high gain player. Noise gate for example. There are three pedals I consider to be staples for any style board. An overdrive, an EQ, a tuner. Anything else depends on style of music and type of amp.
Thanks for a fun, clear, informative vid! Back in the day we tuned to the piano but these days I'd just use a clip on tuner 'to be safe' and for live work my 5 pedal rig would be: 1. Paul Crowther Double Hot Cake (OD & Distortion - 3 distinct options at the tap of a foot-switch) 2. Effectrode Blackbird Tube Pre-Amp (Fenderish / Dumblish - 3 tubes, great 'clean' + 2 OD options) 3. Chorus (MXR Analog Chorus or Strymon Ola for stereo) 4. TC Electronic Alter Ego (3 programmable 'analog style' delays + tap tempo all from independent foot-switches) 5. Flint (great spring / plate / hall reverbs and tremolo options) With this lot this old guy wouldn't have to bend over and fiddle with stuff once! 😅
@@drock2313 Hi - there are a few vids floating around on UA-cam. It's designed by a friend of mine in New Zealand called Paul Crowther, formerly the drummer with NZ band Split Enz (which sort of morphed into Crowded House). Very versatile pedal - from light overdrive thru to terrific cutting lead solo stuff. I bought one in the mid '70s and another one when that got stolen and recently got the Double Hot Cake from Paul, which combines the original with another pedal he designed and you can daisy chain both for a 3rd 'fat' drive. Pretty well every Kiwi guitarist owns one and I believe Mark Knopfler & Noel Gallagher also owned them. Well worth checking out - you can order direct from Paul.
Narrowing it down from my sixty pedals to five, I'll go with: Hardwire POLYPHONIC TUNER -> Death By Audio EVIL FILTER -> Moog CLUSTER FLUX -> Seymour Duncan SHAPESHIFTER -> Line 6 DL4 MKII
1. Korg Pitchblack Tuner 2. Shnobel Tone Boost 3. Walrus Ages Overdrive 4. Source Audio C4 (chameleon - can make any sound I'd ever need and can stack effects as well) 5. Source Audio Collider (adds Reverb AND delay in a single pedal)
Tele/strat , turbo tuner, keeley 4 knob comp- Fulldrive 1, Boss OD-3, Boss DD-200, 4 knob spark for final eq/boost used to compensate for my strat’s weaker output vs tele. Ok 6…
Thx Shawn. We met along time ago (94 maybe) when my band The Wesley Brothers did a gig with The Violet Burning in St. Albans, UK. Here is my minimal board - less is more rig. Does everything I need to do. Mirage FX compressor Ep booster Keeley baked mod 808 Hermida Zendrive Line 6 DL4
Alternatively: Mesa EQ, Corona chorus mini, Flashback 2, HOF reverb mini. All in the effects loop of a Marshall Jubilee studio. Guitar straight in. Sounds epic.
From what I've got at hand... Comp, Tilt Boost, Kernom Ridge and/or Preamp MKII, reverb and delay to taste. If amp has reverb, maybe some modulation of some type. Or, just say screw it and bring only my HX Stomp XL!
Awesome setup and most importantly, simple great usable gigging sounds. Looking for a sound for my next project. Shopping now so very helpful. Thanks!.
I'd use a Canvas Tuner, Mira Compressor( which has a built in boost), a 385 Mk11, an ARP187 and a Slotva running through the FX Loop. I stayed with one brand since they work well together.... note, all this running through my G20.
Love your Tilt ! I need one 🥴I would use a Nemesis Delay and may be a Friedman Be-OD as alternative but your board is compact and very effective. Congrats !
Hey Shawn - Great video! My 5... - Peterson StroboStomp HD - UA Max Compressor (I like the control and tone quality on single coil and jazzy humbuckers) - Keeley Muse Drive (best sounding OD I've heard) - Keeley Halo Delay (Just sooo good...) - Line 6 HX Stomp (cheater pedal, I know, but it has all those little sounds you only use for 8 bars on a single song) - Reverb and vibrato come from the amp (deluxe reverb)
Bare minimum for me is my 'nanoboard' : which is tuner - comp/boost - mid gain- chorus/flange - heavy gain & just use amp 'verb _ but normally add delay.
I mean, my current pedalboard is 6: Boss TU-3, Boss Blues Driver, Proco Rat 2, MXR Phase 90, Tone City Angel Wing Chorus and a Dunlop Cry Baby (also have a Boss DD3-T being delivered in a few days) Does pretty much everything I could want really 🤷🏻♂️
So many of your videos are invaluably instructive and helpful, but for me, I go back to them often, because they are in some ways better than songs...nay they ARE songs, minus the distractions of other instruments, vocals, etc. Thank you so much~~
He probably did the same as me. I would listen to Radio Luxembourg late at night in the kitchen (away from parents bedroom) and try and play along with every record. In those days, every record was tuned slightly differently, so I had to tune up real quick to play along. Great practice at tuning by ear. We can't do it today as all music is recorded at 440. No need to change tuning for each song.
You're a thinking man - my Collider is definitely coming (plus you get 2 for 1). Here's mine: 1.
Good video man. I've been through many pedals in the past 58 years of playing electric guitar. Now for me it's a Boss GT-1. Everyone has their own choice of effects and you have some very nice ones there.
@@ShawnTubbs yes I love this little pedal. I got it a few months ago, I put my pedal board away. Easy to operate, program, and tweak settings. Rich tone that you can expect from Boss. One con may be that it is a plastic housing , but as long as you don't throw it on the floor or out the window it should be alright. I connect it to my laptop and use editing software which is user friendly. It's a lot better than any of their ME series pedals. Have a good on and keep playing.
Awesome video. The Halo pedal looks fantastic. I still use the amp's reverb (I wish all combo amps had a decent reverb and tremolo), and add the Walrus Audio Mako R1, M1, Tubbs OD, Chat Breaker, and the Wayhuge Swollen Pickle (you gotta have some Fuzz). The more onboard features the amp has, the better.
Have a little board. I leave at practice Tilt overdrive, Walrus audio Ages, Keeley DDR into front of amp. Then in the loop a Empress Zoia and a MXR mini Booster. The Zoia is intense it could be your whole effect chain. All the mod delay and verb effects are in there. Or you can craft your own because it is a modular synth. But I'm just a dumb lazy guitar player and I don't exploit even 5 % of its potential.
I could but I like having a bit more "preset" sounds. I could run the gain hotter on the Tilt OD, lose the Kokopelli, and be good to go. I'd roll my volume for less OD and still have the Tilt OD's boost side.
Struggling a bit with this right now kind of trying to decide whether I'll be relying on pedals for gain, my amp, or both. Right now it's Polytune Mini > Keeley Comp Mini > Walrus Lillian > Xotic EP Booster > Greer Lightspeed > Diamond Memory Lane (the new one) > Strymon Flint. The main change I could make would be to swap out the Lillian for an additional gain stage (honestly probably a Blues Driver). Then the next thing would be where to put the EP Booster, which would be a challenge given space constraints of the board, haha.
Sounds like the option you would have is swapping out the Lillian for another gain stage. You might miss the modulation but you could end up using the gain more depending on the gig.
I use a tuner, overdrive, phaser, chorus and analog delay, and that's pretty much it. I've always preferred using channel switching amps with built in overdrive and then I'll just use a TS9 as a lead boost and as a way of getting a little bit of dirt on the clean channel when the dirty channel is too much. I can often skip the pedals altogether for some gigs if I use a channel switching amp.
@@ShawnTubbs It's changed over the years...Marshall JCM800, Peavey Classic 50, Marshall DSL40...Currently I have a Peavey Classic 30 and an old Crate VC50 1x15. I actually like those 90s Peavey and Crate designs best of all when it comes to channel switching amps with both channels sounding great. Marshalls have to be cranked to sound good and all the sound guys hated me when I used them, so I've given up on Marshalls except for this little 5W DSL that I practice with.
Hey Shawn! You can actually get a really good chorus sound out of the Halo!! I use the tape head mode, set the time really close to 0, and then set rate and depth, level gets it throaty and if you let it having more time you can get some weirdness
The pedals that you need, are those which bring you happiness in your playing. Quite often I don't use pedal-one, and have quite a good time without 'em! But if you like a dozen petals, heck ... patch up thirteen! Hah!
I couldn’t agree with this more. Whatever brings you joy and inspiration. Although I have to admit that hauling a board around with 15-20 pedals gets to be a bit much. Especially when something goes wrong and you are chasing down noise.
@@RevvAmps I like Echorec-style. It’s modulated (and can fake as a chorus with delay and feedback on minimum) but also has clarity for dotted-eight stuff. I know it’s kinda of a lowbrow choice, but even the Echorec toneprint on Flashback is ok in my book. Plus, it buffers your signal on the way out.
On no particular order - Wah, Truetone H2O for analog delay and chorus, TL Pedals King Klon (like a KOT with the first circuit swapped out for a klone), some sort of fuzz or distortion, and a Hermida Spring Reverb.
@@ShawnTubbs I have had all 3 versions at one time or another. I haven't found a chorus I like better and my delay preferences are situational, but the H2O delay is one of my faves.
Before I ever listen to Shawn's opinion, for guitar, for me, it would be: tuner, noise suppressor, boost/overdrive, compressor, and reverb. Specifically, Peterson Strobostomp HD, Boss NS-1X, Boss BP-1w or OD-1X, Boss CP-1x, and Boss RV-6.
Thank you....I don't want to spew on the modelers, (yeah, I have a couple)....but real amps go veeeerrrry good with pedals...even some digital ones. My Five that I currently own? mini Peterson tuner>>BB OD>>AT Dist + with boost>>Flint Verb/Trem for the 5th? I would cheat of course and add my H90. But hey! I'd go into HW 64 DLX.
It would depend on the gig for me really, I have 3 pedals that are all gain stacks, just 2 together get this angry hard rocky sound and the other 2... well one is a RAT so you know what that does. For an all purpose gig I'd take the rat, a boost, phaser, delay and my astronomer 'verb. I'd also have the boost after the RAT. it sounds real nice.
I've been pretty obsessed with making a great small board. Currently it has a Tuner, Noble Screamer, Tilt Overdrive and a Halo. I have really noticed not having a Tremolo though and nee to sort that out. It's all on a Metro 16 so not much space available... Realistically this sized board is going to get more use than my bigger ones so it has to be good.
@@drock2313 It's fantastic I particularly like the two hybrid modes. The ODR mode has more bass than my Nobles but I have a new one and they based the NS on vintage ones. The TS side is very close to all my other TS drives. I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you get one.
@@RevvAmps Definitely one of the best blues breaker circuits on the market. You should definitely try one out. But to be honest the Tilt sounds awesome as well
@@ShawnTubbsAs a fan of yours, i’m pretty sure you’ll dig the Snouse : it’s a simple yet great Bluesbreaker circuit with some nice tweakability. They’re on their third iteration of the pedal but I think there’s a waiting list.
Great selection of pedals Shawn. Yes, I have to get that Halo delay pedal; it's just a killer sounding delay. Nonetheless Shawn I truly believe you can make any pedal sound amazing. Thanks for the video. Cheers.
@@drock2313 my pedalboard is exactly those 5 pedals: MXR 10 band EQ (the silver one), Boss Power Stack (cranked Marshall-ish overdrive) , Walrus Audio Iron Horse (rat-style Distortion), Boss Super Chorus and Caline Ghost Rain (Budget Echo Delay, sounds great, thinking about upgrading it for a Boss Space Echo RE-2)
5 pedals - Tuner, Cali 76 compressor, Analogman KoT (clean boost & O/D & Distortion switchable with micro switch on top & built-in buffer), Analogman ARDX20 delay ( slapback & delay switchable), Sweet Sounds Ultravibe (Chorus & Vibe switchable). 1 amp - a Magnatone Stereo Twilighter with Trem, Vibrato & reverb. With that I can cover pretty much anything. Am I cheating? 😊
My live board would be tuner wah amp channel switch clean boost with mid hump delay no reverb, as most venues reverb washes out too much. i do like compressors, but can live without.
@@drock2313 amp - mesa single, wah - dunlop, tuner - ibanez is ok, clean boost - MI audio buff and boost on mid setting, delay is anything with tap and lofi feel -- currently wampler
Playing live: Number 1.... A Tuner. Number 2.... A Boost Number 3 .... A univibe. At home..I'd add Number 4 Trem/Reverb (Strymon Flint) Number 5 A useable Fuzz...(hard to find!).
Props to the Strymon Flint. It's really the only pedal I use. I have an El Cap for slapback but it's seldom used. I get all my gain from the amp and clean it up with the volume knob on the guitar. I'll never part with the Flint.
I actually have found my El Caps that I have bought to have had issues where they tone suck at some point and I lose the top end. I didn't notice that with the Flint at all though. Its a great pedal
@@RevvAmps I've actually noticed the opposite - if anything it adds high end, but I also started with an Aqua Puss, which cuts the high end way off I think by design. Since I only have the two pedals (I don't even have my tuner in the chain) and Strymon's default bypass buffer is excellent it's indistinguishable from being plugged straight in. Plus I only use a 10 foot cable with a 5 foot going into the amp - the pedals sit next to the amp. Not really a need to have reverb or delay in front of me. Either the song calls for it or it doesn't.
Boss tuner or EB Volume pedal/tuner (depends on the situation) Keeley Aria JHS AT plus Keeley Seafoam plus Keeley Halo Keeley Hydra That pretty much gets me every thing from an old UniVibe-ish Hendrix thing, through the 80’s, 90’s and so on, rock, metal and even contemporary Christian music. And yes, I actually like and play all of that. Color me weird.
@@RevvAmps for real. The harm trem and reverbs are the bomb. Cool video too btw. I’m heading to a store now that says they have a D20 and cab in stock online. Wish me luck.
Boss RE-202, MXR Poly Blue Octave, JHS Colourbox v2, Kingsley Custom Jester V2 with Sizzle mod and TCE Mini Polytune 2 Noir. And if I could add 5 more they would be: Pettyjohn Electronics Tone Deluxe LTD w/ Edcor transformer mod, EQD Dispatch Master, Orange Amp Detonator, Pettyjohn Electronics Lift V3 or Chime V3 (the 2 PJ pedals are my buffers), and Kingtone Mini Fuzz V1 GE.

@@drock2313 it’s a delay. Two sides. One shorter time, one longer. Really nice preamp in it. And the delays can get really crazy if you want too. Can double as a really good flange too. Check it out. It’s awesome
away one I had even longer. I’ve tried a lot of other clip ons, both the same price and much more expensive, and none are any better than the Snark. If you don’t like it on the headstock, then just put it in a pocket or on the amp, after tuning each time. I’m only recommending Snarks that work.
@drock2313 That’s a very good question. I tend to always put some kind of amp/cab sim pedal at the head of every board I’ve been having built recently for the simple reason being ‘why not 🤷🏾’. With features like a ‘headphone out’ and in the case of the DSM Humboldt Simplifier mkii, an ‘aux-in’ for plugging in music from your iPhone to practice in your hotel room or bedroom, I figure it gives you the option of bypassing it by turning it off and playing through a real amp or in the absence of one … going straight to FOH. Also the Iridium has decent Room verb on the right side as you know. The Deco is probably the pedal I’d request to be buried with, it’s that good in my opinion and is on every board I’ve ever built. It’s just so versatile providing everything from tape sat-chorus/vib/double tracking borderline delay and great modulation Hope that helps. ✌🏾&💜
Why do so many players rely on a tuner pedal? I’ve gigged a lot, and I’ve used a Snark for 20 years or more now. I didn’t use a tuber at all, for years, as I’d just tune to whomever I played with. I have a good ear, so I can tune to someone pretty fast, but I’ve never found a tuner pedal, that was so much better than a Snark that works, to justify taking up board real estate. If the Snark is giving one trouble, return it for another. I’ve had a couple, long ago, that gave me some problems, but I just returned them for another, and used them for years.
I often am playing where there is too much other noise to be able to tune to others on the fly. I would agree with Shawn that a tuner pedal is my most important pedal as well. I have tried using headstock tuners, and I just find them more awkward than using a pedal. To each their own though.
@@ShawnTubbs that range between 500Hz and about 3kHz a few parametric points slid around in there till your mids are pronounced but not boxy or bitey but just smooth. Brand wise??? Thanks, yeah I like those two pedals together.
Awesome pairing! I have the same wet setup.
Guitar - OD - OD - line 6 M5- eq (chorus - delay) reverb - amp
Depends on what you play. If you’re playing low gain or clean then you’ll need other pedals than a high gain player. Noise gate for example. There are three pedals I consider to be staples for any style board. An overdrive, an EQ, a tuner. Anything else depends on style of music and type of amp.
Thanks for a fun, clear, informative vid! Back in the day we tuned to the piano but these days I'd just use a clip on tuner 'to be safe' and for live work my 5 pedal rig would be:
1. Paul Crowther Double Hot Cake (OD & Distortion - 3 distinct options at the tap of a foot-switch)
2. Effectrode Blackbird Tube Pre-Amp (Fenderish / Dumblish - 3 tubes, great 'clean' + 2 OD options)
3. Chorus (MXR Analog Chorus or Strymon Ola for stereo)
4. TC Electronic Alter Ego (3 programmable 'analog style' delays + tap tempo all from independent foot-switches)
5. Flint (great spring / plate / hall reverbs and tremolo options)
With this lot this old guy wouldn't have to bend over and fiddle with stuff once! 😅
What flavor of drive is that’s double hot cake? I have never heard of that one
The Crowther is a cool pedal! Thanks for watching!
@@mortonwilson795 I will absolutely check that out!
Narrowing it down from my sixty pedals to five, I'll go with:
Hardwire POLYPHONIC TUNER -> Death By Audio EVIL FILTER -> Moog CLUSTER FLUX -> Seymour Duncan SHAPESHIFTER -> Line 6 DL4 MKII
Shawn speaks truth and wisdom here. The only thing I would (and do) add is a compressor.
So for me:
Tuner
Compressor
Browne Protein
Tilt OD
Deco
Flint
Nice!!
Very nice. Though I'd have to throw in a phase 90 to complete the ensemble.
Yeah, the phase 90 is awesome. Do you like the original or the EVH version?
1. Korg Pitchblack Tuner
2. Shnobel Tone Boost
3. Walrus Ages Overdrive
4. Source Audio C4 (chameleon - can make any sound I'd ever need and can stack effects as well)
5. Source Audio Collider (adds Reverb AND delay in a single pedal)
The Collider is awesome. I have the Shnobel Tone Daily Driver. How is the boost?
Tele/strat , turbo tuner, keeley 4 knob comp- Fulldrive 1, Boss OD-3, Boss DD-200, 4 knob spark for final eq/boost used to compensate for my strat’s weaker output vs tele. Ok 6…
Nice!
You’re amazing Shawn ! Great tone lesson!!
Thanks very much!!
Thx Shawn. We met along time ago (94 maybe) when my band The Wesley Brothers did a gig with The Violet Burning in St. Albans, UK. Here is my minimal board - less is more rig. Does everything I need to do.
Mirage FX compressor
Ep booster
Keeley baked mod 808
Hermida Zendrive
Line 6 DL4
Man, that was a while ago indeed! Nice to hear from you. Cool rig!
Alternatively:
Mesa EQ, Corona chorus mini, Flashback 2, HOF reverb mini. All in the effects loop of a Marshall Jubilee studio. Guitar straight in. Sounds epic.
Yeah, I bet that sounds great!
From what I've got at hand... Comp, Tilt Boost, Kernom Ridge and/or Preamp MKII, reverb and delay to taste. If amp has reverb, maybe some modulation of some type. Or, just say screw it and bring only my HX Stomp XL!
that Kernom Ridge pedal is killer
That would pretty much cover it!
If you turn the delay time as short as you can get it and turn down the repeats and up the modulation, you have a chorus :)
Def a Wah pedal! Because if you are lost turn on the wah, make some noise, shake your head and nobody will notice ;-)
Preach it!!
Awesome setup and most importantly, simple great usable gigging sounds. Looking for a sound for my next project. Shopping now so very helpful. Thanks!.
Thanks for watching!!
My 5...
- Peterson StroboStomp HD
- UA Max Compressor (I like the control and tone quality on single coil and jazzy humbuckers)
- Keeley Muse Drive (best sounding OD I've heard)
- Keeley Halo Delay (Just sooo good...)
- Line 6 HX Stomp (cheater pedal, I know, but it has all those little sounds you only use for 8 bars on a single song)
- Reverb and vibrato come from the amp (deluxe reverb)
Nice! L6 HX is a great pedal!!
Bare minimum for me is my 'nanoboard' : which is tuner - comp/boost - mid gain- chorus/flange - heavy gain & just use amp 'verb _ but normally add delay.
I mean, my current pedalboard is 6:
Boss TU-3, Boss Blues Driver, Proco Rat 2, MXR Phase 90, Tone City Angel Wing Chorus and a Dunlop Cry Baby (also have a Boss DD3-T being delivered in a few days)
Does pretty much everything I could want really 🤷🏻♂️
So many of your videos are invaluably instructive and helpful, but for me, I go back to them often, because they are in some ways better than songs...nay they ARE songs, minus the distractions of other instruments, vocals, etc. Thank you so much~~
Thanks so much for stopping by and for the comment!!
Always great content bro ... thanks for your time 😎👍

I have a tone bender, a wah, a fuzz and an ep3
I remember my father, a rockibily player in the 60's, would tune his guitar at a gig by ear in like a minute. It's a lost art.
It is for sure.
-Tuner
-Revv Tilt Boost

I like to have my Fuzz, Tuner, K type dist, always on OD, reverb and delay.
Good video man. I've been through many pedals in the past 58 years of playing electric guitar. Now for me it's a Boss GT-1. Everyone has their own choice of effects and you have some very nice ones there.
The GT-1 looks like a great multi-FX. You dig it?
The Halo is awesome!
I'm a fan of amp verbs for sure.
I'm like that with the H90
That Empress stuff is great!
You could also theoretically take out the tilt and its perfect
Man, the boost side of the Tilt is a must for me.
You might miss the modulation but you could end up using the gain more depending on the gig.
i would say the 3 pedals you actually need, tuner, overdrive, and boost, ( for a single channel tube amp ) opinions may vari.
no Delay?
@@RevvAmps just saying i could live without it.
What channel switching amp do you use?
@@ShawnTubbs It's changed over the years...Marshall JCM800, Peavey Classic 50, Marshall DSL40...Currently I have a Peavey Classic 30 and an old Crate VC50 1x15. I actually like those 90s Peavey and Crate designs best of all when it comes to channel switching amps with both channels sounding great. Marshalls have to be cranked to sound good and all the sound guys hated me when I used them, so I've given up on Marshalls except for this little 5W DSL that I practice with.
@@waltjames407 The Peavey Classic 30 is a good amp for sure!!
Hey Shawn! You can actually get a really good chorus sound out of the Halo!! I use the tape head mode, set the time really close to 0, and then set rate and depth, level gets it throaty and if you let it having more time you can get some weirdness
You can. Try tweaking the tone in.
He or she with the most overdrive/boost pedals wins. I like my Keely work station, plus one ideally 2 extra overdrives. Tuner, Reverb and delay.
I support this
The Keeley Work Station is cool!
For me it would be tuner/buffer-> comp -> some versatile drive like a Rat -> Noise gate -> Modulated delay
nice, do you have a favourite delay?
Can't go wrong with a Rat for sure.
That H20 is a great pedal!
No delay?
All good choices! Not down for Delay?
Thank you....I don't want to spew on the modelers, (yeah, I have a couple)....but real amps go veeeerrrry good with pedals...even some digital ones. My Five that I currently own? mini Peterson tuner>>BB OD>>AT Dist + with boost>>Flint Verb/Trem for the 5th? I would cheat of course and add my H90. But hey! I'd go into HW 64 DLX.
you can cheat :)
Amp…Revv G3, and a Walrus Audio reverb. Guess I need more pedals…

Everything is routed to the front. Thanks for watching!

Does the iridium count if you aren’t using an amp? I feel like it should be in addition. How is the Deco? I haven’t tried it
@drock2313
That’s a very good question.
It’s just so versatile providing everything from tape sat-chorus/vib/double tracking borderline delay and great modulation
Hope that helps.

Get you out of trouble? Is that like a get out jail free pedal! 😊
Got me out clink more than a few times!
@@RevvAmps Not to mention - tuner can mute the entire board with a single click. Also - no batteries to forget.

Why do bass amps get all the cool contour , slope, and semi parametric multi band mid eq ‘s ? is it because we can screw up our amp enough with just tone 3 controls?
