FRONT BRAKE CALIPER - STUCK UP PISTON - KTM DUKE/RC 200/390 - FIXED
Almost 10months na-itambay ung motor at upod na din ang brake pads.. So ang nangyari ay nag stuck up na po ung dalawang piston, hindi na din pantay ung kain ng brake pads.. So ung ginawa lang natin nilinisan ang mga piston, nag liha tayo, cheneck din natin ung mga o-oring at pwede pa namang gamitin.. Tinanggal natin ung mga natuyong grasa, at ung din ung isang dahilan ng pag ka stuck up ng ating piston..

You should never used sand paper in the pistons the surface gets scratched and that's the reason why it got stuck my friend, only clean with water and soap with a soft clothe.

i use 1000 grit ma-friend.. just to remove the rust built, but not totally putting pressure on the sandpaper, you can also see the piston, there is no scratch..
