I've been vegetarian for awhile now ,but I remember trying to be vegan for a day and I had the worst headache ever haha. But it is a goal of mine to be fully vegan !
It's probably better to start off vegetarian so the body can start adapting to a new diet but luckily my body is pretty resilient and isn't bothered by much other than too much artificial sugar. How long have you been vegetarian?
It's been around a year now! and I have tried vegan food services where they bring you refrigerated food to your home but honestly they taste like shit lol not even kidding!
+Maria Victoria Jimenez that's awesome! you're slayin the game 😎 oh boy. I'm nervous tasting vegan food in restaurants and things because I'm not sure if I'll like it. I prefer just making my own mostly. can't go wrong with potatoes and veggies :) luckily Wild Cow was pretty good!
Yeah! It's easier to make exactly what you like at home! it may be cheaper too. I wish I had vegan restaurants where I live but it's not a thing here in Amarillo, Texas. Literally, it's nearly impossible to eat vegetarian here and it drives me fucking crazyyy!
+Maria Victoria Jimenez I feel you. i was surprised that I found a vegan place here. it's also difficult when all your friends aren't vegan or vegetarian and always want to go to places that have no decent vegan options.
