Oops, the flour and baking powder amounts were missed in the beginning! It's:
    120g cake flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder

Hello there, thank you for inspiring me to bake this. Unfortunately I do not have the specific tin, can a normal 30cm cake tin work as well?

@lylelaney8270. I tried with the normal tin and the cake didn't turn out well. It was not as soft and fluffy as it should be. I think the hole in the center helps to holdup the cake and prevent it to sink down in the center of the cake. Just my opinion. 😀😀

Hi Cooking Diva. Sorry, I don't quite understand the question. Do you mean to use this cake batter and bake it in the cupcake mold? I have tried that and it didn't turn out well, but eatable. If wish to do so, I suggest turning the cake upside down immediately once it came out of the oven to prevent the cake to sink down due to gravity. Also, some cupcake mold comes with wax lining and it doesn't hold the chiffon cake well when turned upside down. Another thing is that the cupcake mold is pretty small, and the cake doesn't have much room to rise. I hope this helps. Happy baking😀😀
