കേരളത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിൽ തന്നെ ഒരു കറുത്ത അധ്യായമാണ് ഐ എസ് ആർ ഓ ചാരക്കേസ്. ഒരുക്കൂട്ടം മനുഷ്യരുടെ ജീവിതത്തെ തർക്കുക മാത്രമല്ല സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ അടിത്തറയെ തന്നെ അത് പൊളിച്ചെഴുതി. അത്യന്തം സംഭവബഹുലമായ ഈ കേസിൽ മൈത്രേയൻ ഭാഗമാകുന്നത് തികച്ചും അവിചാരിതമായിട്ടായിരുന്നു. കേരളത്തിന്റെ പൊതുബോധത്തോടുള്ള ഒരു സമരം കൂടിയായിരുന്നു ആ ഇടപെടൽ. മൈത്രേയന്റെ തന്നെ വാക്കുകളിലൂടെ ഐ എസ് ആർ ഓ ചാരക്കേസിന്റെ നാൾവഴികളിലേക്ക് നമുക്ക് പോകാം. അവിശ്വസനീയമായ ഒരു ചരിത്രമുഹൂർത്തത്തിന്റെ ഈ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തൽ, വിവാദങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലും മനുഷ്യത്വം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് കൂടിയാണ്.....

Only case taken against Nambi Narayanan was that he met foriegn nationals without proper notice. Employees of Classified Organisations have strict civil codes. Moreover, he had a telephone connection with ISD facility in the name of a railway contractor. 😮 Kerala police never declared him as a spy. Foreign Regulations Act was the only violation charges against him.

ഈ കേസ് നമ്പിയില്ലേക്കു എത്തുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് തന്നെ നമ്പി ജോലി രാജി വച്ചിരിന്നു. നമ്പി നന്നായി തള്ളി താൻ എന്തോ അബ്ദുൽ കലാം ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു നടക്കുന്നു. നമ്പി ആരാണെന്നു ആളുകൾ അറിയുന്നത് തന്നെ ഈ കേസ് വന്നതിനു ശേഷമാണ്. ഈ കേസ് അനേഷണം പാതി വഴിയിൽ ആട്ടിമറിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന് സെൻ കുമാർ അടക്കം പലരും പറയുന്നു. പിന്നെ നമ്പി പണ്യാളൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ ഈ വയസുകാലത്തു അയാൾ എന്തിന് ജനങളുടെ കോടി കണക്കിന്ന് നികുതി പണം നല്ല സന്തോഷത്തോടെ വാങ്ങി പുട്ടടിക്കുന്നു. അയാൾ നല്ല മനുഷ്യൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ ആ പണം എന്തെങ്കിലും നല്ല കാര്യത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കണമായിരുന്നു. കേസ് അനീഷ്വണം അയാളിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്നതിനു തൊട്ട് മുൻപ് രാജി, അതുപോലെ അയാളുടെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ടെലിഫോൺ ബില്ലുകൾ ഒക്കെ വലിയ വ്യവസായി എന്തിനാണ് അടച്ചിരുന്നത് തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്കു അയാൾക്ക്‌ ഉത്തരമില്ല.
ഇന്നും കഥ തുടടുകയാണ് . സത്യം ആർക്കും അറിയണ്ട , വ്യക്തി കളും കുടുംബങ്ങളും തകർന്നടിയുന്നത് പലർക്കും രസമാണ് .

Just now I realised, what was the real issue of this case, mitrayan may long live.
വഞ്ചിയൂർ SI ആയിരുന്ന വിജയൻ എന്ന ആൾക്ക് ചെറുപ്പക്കാരി ആയിരുന്ന മാലിക്കാരിയോട് തോന്നിയ ആകർഷണം ആയിരുന്നു ഈ ചാരക്കേസിന്റെയും ഉത്ഭവം.
പക്ഷേ അത് മൂലം എന്തെല്ലാം നഷ്ടങ്ങൾ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തിന്, ഐഎസ്ആർഒ ക്ക്, നിരപരാധികൾ ആയ നമ്പി നാരായണ നേ പോലെ ഉള്ള ശാസ്ത്ര ജന്മാർക്ക് ഉണ്ടായി?. എത്രയോ പേരുടെ ജീവിതം തവിട് പൊടിയായി. അതിനിയും തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുമോ?. പണം നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം ആയി കൊടുത്താൽ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ?.
ഇതിന്റെ എല്ലാം ഉത്ഭവം ഇവിടെ നിന്ന്?. മറിയം റഷീദ യുടെ മകളുടെ കോളേജ് admission, visa overstay, വഞ്ചിയൂർ SI വിജയന് മാലിക്കാരീ യൊടു തോന്നിയ ദുഷ്ട ചിന്ത.

So many questions have to be answered by Nambi Narayanan Sir before CBI now. it is now open for him to prove!
1. Why media create an image of a poor Tamil Brahmin? Even though he is not.
2. Why he submitted his Voluntary Retirement Application (VRS) on 01.11.1994 before he included in this case with a special request to waive the three months Notice Period?
3. What is the reason of the heavy Telephone Bill of one month in the year 1994 of more than Rs. 45000/- P.M. from the private phone attached to his residence by one Mr. Kuriyan Kalathil, Contractor? it is possible for a Scientist to do a private bussiness? Is it come under Official Secret Act 1923?
4. Why he is not telling the people that he was Reinstated in to Service, immediately and got Promotion and Retired from service on 31.12.2001 after getting all service benefits including the regularization of suspension period? Then what he lost actually?
5. What's his Contribution to get Padma Award.......Even more eligible Scientists are there....

Caravan magazine this month has published a story on isro espionage case. According to that the case was sabotaged by CBI. Maithreyan's version is same as that of CBI. Caravan seems reporter(Neelima) seems to have done quite a research and is in possession of lot documents to indicate something fishy has happened. It will be great if u can do an interview with maithreyan after reading that reportage
