Communuity bans aren't ususally permanant but if this is, the reason why St4ck is so scared is that community banned members can get their other accounts banned too for ban evasion. So that community ban on an alt account could potentially get his main account banned also.

When Steam locks your account and asks for proof of ownership regarding the first CD key used on the account you might as well kiss it good bye because they will not budge at all. Too many bad actors have social engineered older accounts that they no longer can go off the "well, it's a CD key from 18+ years ago" If they unlock his account then it will be blatant favoritism because so many people have lost their accounts for not owning the original CD key they used back in 2003.
A Steam game : Click on your highest level friend then Click on their highest level friend (if public) If they aren't go to next highest level friend. In under 20 or so profiles you will end on St4cks account.

Ofc most people never have a Chance to get a hand on these items, but atleast they are not gone forever.
They should make it so the skins can still be sold on the community market, but that's the *only* way to offload them. Think about it: it keeps the skins in the system, Valve makes a profit from the sales, and the scammer can't scam anyone if they're just selling it on the steam market. I think most scammers would sell it to recoup some losses.

This is what happened with my main account when I was report botted on steam for the account being stolen. The account just got locked and steam asked me for original email etc.

I lost my cs inventory due to a gambling addiction I beat but hopefully they turn it around because I don't want to see people I called friends scamming.

combans can be perm. my guess is someone tried hijacking this account and steam suspected it of that and it got combanned and locked to protect it
its easy go to licensces and product key activations on your account page. SIMPLE cant believe people are losing thousands because of this

My main account had a community ban like his does. The reason it's banned is because it has been reported so many times steam just instantly lock it. This is what happened with my main account when I was report botted on steam for the account being stolen. The account just got locked and steam asked me for original email etc.
