The one pokemon for me that's the most frustrating to battle is Blissey. After I started at the end of 2016 with Pokemon Go, before the gym updates, some people spoofed the two gyms we had here I'm town. The pokemon they used was of course Blissey. Both gyms had 10 Blissey each. The lowest level had just over 3,000 cp. So you can imagine how frustrating it was to take out 20 of these f!@##$ing pokemon. Also, since we were at a very low level at the time, none of us could take them out. Once the new gym updates came in last year were they kicked out. So Blissey is my most hated pokemon, even though I have one on the team.
Wobbafett, i can say as nuzlocker that counter, mirror coat and that dammed shadow tag are gonna make you lose 1-4+ team members to it and to make matters worse its found in in almost every pokemon generation (besides gen 1), its still a pain outside of a nuzlockes, because when you encounter one because its usually at an inconvenient place and time to fight a wobbafett of all things
@@AlexisC183 I already finished the games a long time ago, I was just venting in the comments. The issue is, according to one of these commenters, you have to be level 100 to beat Elesa, which is kinda bullshit when she's literally only the third Gym Leader.

But Super Nerd Daniel showed us all the secret to beating it without problems: use a Zoroark on your team. He sent out his Zoroark disguised as a Fighting-type, which tricked Necrozma into using a Psychic move over and over again, and then destroyed it with Dark Pulse after Dark Pulse. I mean, the way you beat it with Totem Vikavolt was really clutch, but most of us won't get that lucky.
Why thank you XD But yeah there definitely are several strategies to exploit its weaknesses that work well, but as I said in the video (another is using the F.E.A.R method), it's virtually impossible to beat it "through normal game progression and having no knowledge or extra preparation ahead of time." I think it was a misstep on Game Freak's part to make a boss fight that you can't beat first try if you have a well-balanced and normally-leveled team.
MandJTV I'm sorry but you're wrong. It is possible to beat it without preparation. I beat it on my second try with a Zoroark without having planned for it.

Going off the ultra necrozma battle, it took me going through my whole team dying twice in a revive fest until my mawile survived a hit that I spammed using the roto boosts on it to get to plus 6 and ohkoed it with play rough. The thing that didn’t help out with ultra sun and ultra moon (as well as sun and moon) was almost all the in game Pokémon were slow Pokémon so you really never had a speed advantage to help you out.

in a pokemon gold emulator a had to spam smoke screen on quilava and flash on togepi and save every turn that dang miltank missed, if it hit i would load because emulators can save during turns, so i do that and spam ember to win. still saving each turn so quilava doesn't die
Rate: How hard is the battle against Whitney (most especially her Miltank)? 1: Too easy 2: Very easy 3: Easy 4: Not bad 5: Average 6: A bit hard 7: Hard 8: Very hard 9: Extreme 10: Very extreme and I hate it so much
I actually have I shiny chancey with max hp and defense ev’s with a move set of minimize, toxic, seismic toss, and soft boiled that holds an eviolite. I’m a terrible person
I beaten that type of Clefable and Chansey set up... Eviolite? Knock Off, Theif, Covet, Switcheroo Big HP? Super Fang or Nature's Madness Minimize? Aerial Ace, Swift or any no-miss moves that it didn't resist. Magic Guard? Gastro Acid it off or Skill Swap. Healing? Heal Block.
I haven't even watched the video and I'm 100% sure Miltank is on this list... we all know Michael has a bad history with it. Edit: yep. It's on this list.
Qinling Panda yeah I use a tapu koko with aerial ace and some other non-miss moves and it kinda works, just sturdy. But I'll try your tactic too, thanks
I have 2 shiny roggenrolas, its easy to hunt, just have one Pokemon with false swipe. and A Keen Eye Toucannon with Bullet seed, a multi hit move thats super effective and will help you get around sturdy
"Well... Let's just say I had a particularly rough encounter with a bellsproot" Yeah... I'm starting to think the main character of the story I'm writing should have a victreebel on her team.
13:56 *insert aegislash (if it's a typo oh well) the killer of all things Necrozma)* 17:13 besides from the normal gym in black and white I think I wiped out the entire watchog population 2 times over cause if was pretty easy to kill ngl (the gym leader was hardish but still got manhandled by my team)
13:45 I had a very easy time with the Ultra Necrozma battle. I actually started the battle with Noivern and planned on using Z-Draco Meteor, but Necrozma was faster and took Noivern out with Dragon Pulse. I sent out Tyranitar(my favorite pokemon of all time) who then tanked a Smart Strike and used Payback which took Necrozma out in one hit. This is ironic, because I had a hard time with nearly every major battle in Ultra Sun, but the battle that everyone has a hard time with I stomped into the ground
A note on Togekiss…until Gen 6, Thunder Wave could still paralyze Electric types… Not Ground, though-the only time a status move couldn't hit all Pokémon.
You know, i never got so enraged fighting a Pokémon until Sword and Shield's developers thought it was a good idea to create 5 star raid dens with Magic Guard Clefable that can use Minimize TWICE IN THE SAME TURN while you are raiding alongside NPCs that cannot for the life of them attack the damn thing. Also, multiple phases of shields secure you cannot KO it in the 3 turns you get of Dynamax even with a lvl 100 31IV 252EV adamant Excadrill spammimg max steelspike from Iron Head. Then when you run out of Dynamax the thing just cannot be hit untill you wait for Dynamax to be available again.
I know that feeling the poison elite four member in Pokemon soul silver (I forget their name) has a Muk with minimize and I think it took me close to 20 tries just to beat that one Pokemon
Michael: “Have you ever heard of para-flinch Togekiss? Well if not bless you my child your innocence is preserved...well until now because I’m gonna tell you!” Me: AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I’ve used that Minimize Chansey set on Pokemon Showdown on top of having a Klefki with Foul Play Reflect, Light Screen and Psych Up and a Shuckle with Guard Split and I pissed a lot of people off.
StickMaster500 for me I find Carbink more annoying than Klefki since Carbink has better defense stats, and can have Sturdy... I also ran with one during my Y playthrough, and it's an evil pokemon in Triple Battles... I gave it a Salac berry so that once someone manages to drop it under half health, it's equally fast as a Mewtwo Y. Plus with the combined LightScreen, Reflect, Moonblast, and Recover, make it 200x more annoying to fight
15:35-16:14 Thanks, I'll have a Togekiss on my Platinum playthrough with the moveset and stuff you said: Togekiss with Serene Grace Holding Leftovers Moves are Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost and Aura Sphere
I thought about using togekiss as my flyer in platinum for a while but then I decided on chatot, and yes I love chatot so get over that, it used to be the most forgettable Pokémon to me but now I’ll never forget the music parrot
Golisipod. Don't know why it's so strong, or I was weak, but I just have bad memories with it. It's easy as heck with a flying type on your team, though.
Imagine if ferrothorn could learn spiky sheild and had a move set of •spikes •stealth rocks •spiky sheild •leach seed •has rocky helmet •iron barbs ability •max IVs in HP, Def, Sp.def •equal EV spread between the stats above
Anyone else start dying when he said "well I had a particularly rough encounter with a bellsproot" I can imagine Mike just walking out of a brawl bloody being like " yeah I kicked its booty so what"
I know how to beat Watchog- Step 1: Get a Ghost-type. Step 2 (optional): Teach it a fighting move. Step 3: Laugh at those who use that foolish Pokemon and also acknowledge how intelligent you are. Step 4: Repeat.
Michael: Pokémon can be frustrating just like any other game. Me: *instantly thinks of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild when either: A. you don't have any non-metal weapons, bows and shields in a thunderstorm while not having either the full Rubber Armor which is upgraded by atleast two levels or the Thunder Helm, or B. it starts to rain when you are climbing.*
@@sjreads7235 Have you ever watched any of the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild tips and tricks videos by Austin John Plays? If not i'd certainly recommend doing so.
Bro, just unequip all weapons if you're not near a place to rest(time skips are a godess send) and either wait out the rain or skip time. The second one is even worse when your climbing to get to a shrine with one of the climbing set on a cliff and it rains. Every. Single. Playthrough. I feel the pain and the irritation. While it helps to have extra stamina boosting food on hand it feels like it's not enough sometimes.
Eviolite Dunsparce is now a thing, which can do the same Serene Grace annoyance but with better bulk, Coil to even further its Physical bulk especially with its only weakness being mostly Physical, and a way to heal (Roost)
In my Let's go Pikachu playthrough, there is a trainer that has a Starmie and it spams Minimize, which makes it harder to hit. I had all 8 badges, all of the legendary birds, and lots of strong pokemon, but my team of 6 pokemon couldn't beat this single Starmie.
Lol, the way you feel about ferrothorn is how I feel about duraludon. I’ve heard Dura-luu-don way too many times. It’s Dur-AL-uh-don and no one will convince me otherwise.
@@sanspapyrus9564 They will not like it and never will. They can't just get over it,you can still hate something even if its old anyway or not bothering you.
@@sanspapyrus9564 Because of the Battle Maison Miltanks. Also, the problem with Miltank is that it's a Normal Pokemon and Normal Pokemon all have only one weakness, which is Fighting and an immunity in Ghost. And also only 2 resistances and one nullification (The latter are Rock and Steel, the latter is Ghost), but they also have the three strongest, non-signature, non power-up moves in the entire game. I mean Explosion, Self-Destruct and Hyper Beam.
Trying to capture Beldum was very hard since it only knew Take Down, aka Struggle Episode 2. Not to mention they have the same catch rate of a Legendary.
If your gonna use a clefable just to annoy people in battle spot here's my move set😂 Item-Leftovers Ability-magic guard 1.toxic 2.protect 3.cosmic power/metronome 4.rest Lol my friends hated my clefable just because of this😂 Edit:if you want a counter for this.... its taunt
What about Wash Rotom on the Battle Tree? It has Scald, Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, and Double Team! Plus, it has Leftovers to heal up any damage you happened to cause while it was setting up.
This reminds me of a battle I had with one of my friends. We had knocked out all but one of the other's Pokemon, a Rotom Wash for him and my Aggron, Tungsten. Both were damaged enough that a strong hit from the other would knock it out. Last turn, he had used his 4th PP on Hydron Pump, which I had Protected in expectation. I used protect again It didn't fail. Rotom ran out of Hydro Pump PP, thus leaving Tungsten the Aggron safe to Iron Tail it into oblivion.
Story time: This battle is pretty easy to begin with , plus defeating him 64 times in a row is gonna really hurt his feelings if he would remember all those resets
An honorable mention to this should be Lillipup in the early game of Sun and Moon. It’s also famous for delaying the inevitable by spamming baby doll eyes and calling in help every 2 seconds. And wouldn’t ya know...THAT lillipup spams baby doll eyes too so you’ll be hit with -6 attack in like 3 or 4 turns doing barely any damage whatsoever to it. I just started playing through Sun again since it came out and this was an unpleasant surprise that leads to me just running every time I see it so I don’t have to deal with the frustration of baby doll eyes.
The important question is, after your complete teamgot wiped, wasthe milltank still full HP? Or are you a complete ballerand did you manage to chip 5% of her health pool?
@Alexandra Dordzhieva I don’t know, I’m just judging based on speed. Even though Jirachi can be fast and even more annoying to battle if it holds a Quick Claw, Togekiss is even faster and it doesn’t even need to hold a Quick Claw for the most part. Either way, they’re both great Pokémon. And I love Jirachi more than Togekiss so...
I know this isn't a metronome battle video but if you have a metronome battle season two and invite more poketubers like Original151, dobbs, candy evie, or a drive!
Patrick Robloxplayer420 YES! Michael needs to see this, because we need a crossover with a more diverse group of UA-camrs (no hate for the current collabs, but for example i feel Michael and Vinny (Original151) would be amazing)
Yeah, I hate Togekiss because of how annoying that one was that Cynthia uses in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. I think I lucked out that I even bested it on the first try, just like how I was VERY lucky on the first try (in Platinum) that she missed TWICE with Garchomp’s Dragon Rush, allowing me to defeat it using three hits from Giratina’s Dragon Claw. After both were close calls, I was like “Yep, next time I’m bringing my Rayquaza from Gen 3 to shut them both down,” and never had those issues again against her.
"Ultra-Necrozma" You don't know, my first run I just forced it into freaking Struggle. The secons time I learned the lesson and brought a Zoroark. While he was spamming Photon Geyser, I just killed it with dark pulse. BUT GOD KNOWS HOW F***ING ANNOYING THAT THING IS.
I have a list of annoying Pokémon that has a few specific versions of Pokémon that I hate 10: Dynamax Adventure Mudbray 9: Snorlax (Grinding Starmie is so hard when they have giga impact) 8: Zacian 7: Regigigas from Crown Tundra 6: Ultra Necrozma 5: Crown Tundra’s Zygarde 4: Xerneas 3: Kartana 2: Dusk Mane Necrozma 1: Urushifu (I accidentally released Kubfu, and I will never get over it)
