The one pokemon for me that's the most frustrating to battle is Blissey. After I started at the end of 2016 with Pokemon Go, before the gym updates, some people spoofed the two gyms we had here I'm town. The pokemon they used was of course Blissey. Both gyms had 10 Blissey each. The lowest level had just over 3,000 cp. So you can imagine how frustrating it was to take out 20 of these f!@##$ing pokemon. Also, since we were at a very low level at the time, none of us could take them out. Once the new gym updates came in last year were they kicked out. So Blissey is my most hated pokemon, even though I have one on the team.

Wobbafett, i can say as nuzlocker that counter, mirror coat and that dammed shadow tag are gonna make you lose 1-4+ team members to it and to make matters worse its found in in almost every pokemon generation (besides gen 1), its still a pain outside of a nuzlockes, because when you encounter one because its usually at an inconvenient place and time to fight a wobbafett of all things

When you use a weak move when the opponent is low on hp to save pp of another move but they use a full restore
@Yeabsira Alemayehu my rule is, wait after they use a full restore and then go soft.
Use the weak attack first and then the strong.
Full restore is only used if the Hp is already low.

It’s not Volt Switch that’s the problem. It’s the fact that Emolga is an Electric/FLYING type which makes it immune to Electric’s only weakness

@@AlexisC183 See, I tried that and it only barely gave me an edge, especially since all three of Elesa's Pokemon know moves that aren't Electric.
@@AlexisC183 I already finished the games a long time ago, I was just venting in the comments. The issue is, according to one of these commenters, you have to be level 100 to beat Elesa, which is kinda bullshit when she's literally only the third Gym Leader.

Big HP? Super Fang or Nature's Madness
Minimize? Aerial Ace, Swift or any no-miss moves that it didn't resist.
Magic Guard? Gastro Acid it off or Skill Swap.
Healing? Heal Block.
Would mold breaker work for magic guard?
@@Dawg347 No won't work on Magic Guard. You need to nullify it with Gastro Acid or replace it with moves like Skill Swap, Simple Beam, or Worry Seed.

Eh, you can use Keen Eye. Kartana gets Smart Strike and Aerial Ace. You can also do Mold Breaker Aerial Ace Pangoro.
Qinling Panda yeah I use a tapu koko with aerial ace and some other non-miss moves and it kinda works, just sturdy. But I'll try your tactic too, thanks
YourBroThePro - minecraft and more I actually hunted for the Roggenrola, and I used the Sturdy so I don’t need a False Swiper.
I have 2 shiny roggenrolas, its easy to hunt, just have one Pokemon with false swipe. and A Keen Eye Toucannon with Bullet seed, a multi hit move thats super effective and will help you get around sturdy

I had a very easy time with the Ultra Necrozma battle. I actually started the battle with Noivern and planned on using Z-Draco Meteor, but Necrozma was faster and took Noivern out with Dragon Pulse. I sent out Tyranitar(my favorite pokemon of all time) who then tanked a Smart Strike and used Payback which took Necrozma out in one hit.
This is ironic, because I had a hard time with nearly every major battle in Ultra Sun, but the battle that everyone has a hard time with I stomped into the ground

Seriously why does everyone hate Miltank? Just trade for the freaking Machop like a smart person and train it up.
Going off the ultra necrozma battle, it took me going through my whole team dying twice in a revive fest until my mawile survived a hit that I spammed using the roto boosts on it to get to plus 6 and ohkoed it with play rough. The thing that didn’t help out with ultra sun and ultra moon (as well as sun and moon) was almost all the in game Pokémon were slow Pokémon so you really never had a speed advantage to help you out.
You know, i never got so enraged fighting a Pokémon until Sword and Shield's developers thought it was a good idea to create 5 star raid dens with Magic Guard Clefable that can use Minimize TWICE IN THE SAME TURN while you are raiding alongside NPCs that cannot for the life of them attack the damn thing. Also, multiple phases of shields secure you cannot KO it in the 3 turns you get of Dynamax even with a lvl 100 31IV 252EV adamant Excadrill spammimg max steelspike from Iron Head. Then when you run out of Dynamax the thing just cannot be hit untill you wait for Dynamax to be available again.
Then you’d better hope that they don’t do a clefable 7 star raid in scarlet and violet because it can use minimize 3 times per turn hehehe

I know that feeling the poison elite four member in Pokemon soul silver (I forget their name) has a Muk with minimize and I think it took me close to 20 tries just to beat that one Pokemon

I’ve used that Minimize Chansey set on Pokemon Showdown on top of having a Klefki with Foul Play Reflect, Light Screen and Psych Up and a Shuckle with Guard Split and I pissed a lot of people off.
StickMaster500 for me I find Carbink more annoying than Klefki since Carbink has better defense stats, and can have Sturdy... I also ran with one during my Y playthrough, and it's an evil pokemon in Triple Battles... I gave it a Salac berry so that once someone manages to drop it under half health, it's equally fast as a Mewtwo Y. Plus with the combined LightScreen, Reflect, Moonblast, and Recover, make it 200x more annoying to fight

In my Let's go Pikachu playthrough, there is a trainer that has a Starmie and it spams Minimize, which makes it harder to hit. I had all 8 badges, all of the legendary birds, and lots of strong pokemon, but my team of 6 pokemon couldn't beat this single Starmie.

What about Wash Rotom on the Battle Tree? It has Scald, Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, and Double Team! Plus, it has Leftovers to heal up any damage you happened to cause while it was setting up.
Wash Rotom can't learn Scald.

This reminds me of a battle I had with one of my friends. We had knocked out all but one of the other's Pokemon, a Rotom Wash for him and my Aggron, Tungsten. Both were damaged enough that a strong hit from the other would knock it out. Last turn, he had used his 4th PP on Hydron Pump, which I had Protected in expectation.
I used protect again
It didn't fail.
Rotom ran out of Hydro Pump PP, thus leaving Tungsten the Aggron safe to Iron Tail it into oblivion.
With Miltank and Watchog "oh no PTSD hits"
Story time: I one-shotted Leon’s G-Max Charizard with a Dynamax Inteleon and Snipe Shot Max Geyser...
I beat it in my Shield Nuzlocke with Arcanine beating it up repeatedly with dragon pulse
Story time: This battle is pretty easy to begin with , plus defeating him 64 times in a row is gonna really hurt his feelings if he would remember all those resets

Can't say that I ever had problems with Whitney's Miltank but during my current playthrough of SoulSilver it has become even easier because that Miltank didn't try rollout even once. I actually stuck around for a while longer, using a weaker Pokemon with weaker attacks just to see what it would do, all the while thinking "What is wrong with you?" It was just sometimes using stomp (I think that's the English name for that attack) but mostly using attract - even though it was useless on my Pokemon.

Disguise Zoroark as any Psychic-type weak Pokémon, Toxic/Protect stall, Night Slash everything.

A shiinotic I tried to catch once was so annoying. It knew sleep powder, moonlight, strength sap and giga drain. Also a clefable that I was able to catch was so frustrating I named it “AAAAAAAAAA”

Gyro Ball
Use curse to raise attack and defense, and lower speed. Use leech Seed to keep up the heals and narf the Sitrus berry when things get rough, use protect to stall and heal with Leech Seed. Finally, sweep the entire team with Gyro Ball. My friends hated it, my brother hated it, I hated it, it was awesome.

Michael, I remember when you used paraflinch Togekiss to battle 8bitInsomniac in the GBA. That was awesome.
Clefable strat: magic guard, life orb, stored power, cosmic power, minimize, moonlight. Now unleash pure wrath on your enemies.
It’s also the setup that the Clefable in TheAuraGuardian’s video (maybe, maybe not having the life orb)
And I use both it and Ferrothorn in competitive quite a bit. Corviknight and Avalugg actually work pretty similarly too

I know a UA-camr, I forgot his name found Juan’s Kingdra particularly frustrating and Clair’s Kingdra to be frustrating so I was kind of expecting you to mention Kingdra
In Emerald idk if it's Juan's, spamming freaking Double Team and then dodging pretty much every thing.. Then when I finally hit it it rests back to full 😭

I defeated juans team with my blaziken ,yes a BLAZIKEN by spamming double kicks and I was lucky that I one hit ko'd he's team with a critical hit except kingdra but kingdra is defeated with my gyarydos using thunder
i didnt have much problem against *EDIT* -Wendy's- Whitney's Miltank.. it knocked out the first pokemon but i finished it off with the next one.. cant really remember what pokes or moves i used, but i do remember that they were higher levels and psychic type
it used Milk Drink 2 or 3 times, but i outdamaged it in the end

I am maybe two years late, but in Black two watchhog are easy to take care of if you catch a Riolu early in the game (that farm where you need find a Herdier) ^^ Its outspeeding wathchog, learns forcepalm lvl 15, resists super fang once its a Lucario as well because of the steel type.
Surprised Juan's Kingdra isn't on here considering Mike has said that specific Kingdra has made him not want to play Emerald for a Hoen playthrough again.

It sounds like some people don't ever run from wild encounters or use repels lol.
Personal annoying Pokémon are Shedinja, because if you don't have a super effective move on you, you're screwed. Any of the ultra spammy Pokémon you encounter before being able to get super repels (zubat/geodude/wingull, etc). Whitney's milltank for sure.
As for difficulty spikes I think the Lurantis and Necrozma fights are up there from SM USUM,

Any Pokémon is frustrating to battle against if you have a level 14 or lower Majikarp
That Dunsparce is Black and White 2 is scary. Rollout on a bulky Pokémon (for that point in the game).
Do top 10 easiest Pokemon battles
Muk with minimize, crobat with double team (or anything with double team really), Froslass, umbreon, Arbok in lets go where every single one of them glares you.
One time I went against a poliwhirl which had a move set of;

Protect
Substitute
Bubble beam

Am I the only one who had no difficulty battling ultra necrozma
No, I went in expecting a hard fight and ended up reseting so I didn't burn a focus sash for a pointless reason. I read the strategy of poisoning it with toxic and then stalling it out, but I OHKO'ed it with Malamar after I burned the focus sash on my salazzle.
M Brown no. What I did is I used a Zoroark disguised as a fighting type,I can’t remember what it’s called nuuu, and Necrozma kept using it’s Psychic move, can’t remember what that’s called either crap, and it never worked and just spammed Dark Pulse or Foul Play cus THAT DARNED ATTACK STAT GRRRRRR!
I hated it, it used Photon Geyser over and over again and kept one hit KO-Ink my Pokémon
I didn't have any difficulty beating it either.
All my friends say necrosis is the toughest battle ever but I crit one shot it with the ghost a move via mimikyu. He’s my savior lol

I have banned one of my friends from using Quagsire against me. Unaware+litearlly only a grass move being able to be the thing to take it down because of how tanky it is plus rest is just...so freaking annoying.

Quagsire is especially so cuz rest, plus his ability that lets him jusy ignore stat buffs. So you cant even like...dragon dance to do more damage

Ferrothorn is the main reason I almost always have a fire type or another pokemon that knows a special fire type move like flamethrower or heat wave on most teams

But Super Nerd Daniel showed us all the secret to beating it without problems: use a Zoroark on your team. He sent out his Zoroark disguised as a Fighting-type, which tricked Necrozma into using a Psychic move over and over again, and then destroyed it with Dark Pulse after Dark Pulse. I mean, the way you beat it with Totem Vikavolt was really clutch, but most of us won't get that lucky.
Why thank you XD But yeah there definitely are several strategies to exploit its weaknesses that work well, but as I said in the video (another is using the F.E.A.R method), it's virtually impossible to beat it "through normal game progression and having no knowledge or extra preparation ahead of time." I think it was a misstep on Game Freak's part to make a boss fight that you can't beat first try if you have a well-balanced and normally-leveled team.

It’s less of a Pokemon but more of a type. I was playing fire red and was fighting Koga. His Wheezing kept using smokescreen and his Muk kept using minimize. And then I run out of PP on my offensive moves.

in a pokemon gold emulator a had to spam smoke screen on quilava and flash on togepi and save every turn that dang miltank missed, if it hit i would load because emulators can save during turns, so i do that and spam ember to win. still saving each turn so quilava doesn't die
