I agree that there is more inventory which is great!! Whether or not prices go down will depend on the buyer demand this year. If buyers consistently buy new construction homes then we won’t see prices come down. Interest rates will play a big factor. If they tick down we will have a lot of buyers come back to the market. I would love to see prices come down so housing is more affordable. I don’t see any major price decreases on the horizon right now but I do try to help buyers figure out what works with their budget.
Low fees until you buy then look out.
I am seeing inventory increase quite a bit in Tampa Bay, Might be better to wait for a better deal.
