Well I love your channel and it has changed in Florida.I remember my sister passing on to me about an article on Port Saint Lucie back a few years ago. But since then, I still would buy a house down in Florida, because I love not being an hour away from the beach. I moved from California to Texas. I've taken my family down there, the only thing that changed is I wouldn't buy a house close to the beach now. After watching your channel I am still reviewing areas where I would like to retire when the time comes. Keep up the great work on it!
Great hearted follow up and respectful when answering questions. You’re correct…, I’ve lived in 14 states and all have issues. Florida to me is a mixed bag like all states. And the comment about being able to be outside most days/months is exactly why I purchased a home down there.
Florida ranks at 41 in hospitals care , Dr shortages , New Hampshire 1 in country sun is one thing , health long term in to 70 s and 80s is much more important
Looking at ocala I’m not in to mass populations , I enjoy doing nothing because I don’t have to. Only if I want to retired you information is honest
Also called geologist Tampa & Orlando are leaders of clay, mud and sand “ sink holes , Naples good, a1a east coast solid.
I agree with that, to some extent. The East Coast is better in my view.

Melanie once again this is another great video. I knew exactly what you meant with the other video. I even commented that I have been planning on retiring to Florida. You even responded to my comment. I think that you are a great real estate agent for being honest about what is really happening in Florida. Still planning on contacting you when I am ready. Maybe I will even take that job with the City of Tampa. Thanks again for being so honest and beautiful.OMG I wrote this comment after only watching about half. Melanie some of those comments are ridiculous. Melanie I have tried to be a Southern Gentleman and not be so forward in complimenting you but you are extremely beautiful. You are exactly correct in telling people about not going out in the sun all the time. People who comment about your complexion are the ones who shouldn't live at the beach. If they knew anything about beach life they'd know that Florida is the number one skin cancer state. You obviously take great care of your skin because you are actually a Floridian. Anyway Melanie once again You are gorgeous and beautiful and you have beautiful skin.
Florida is awesome, if you need new luggage just head down to your local freshwater stream or pond.
florida is a huge state and a lot to do and see here. not just disney or miami. Ive been here a decade and a lot has changed. I do worry about the ones on fixed incomes that may not be able to move
