When bro says he isn’t strong:
Him 💀
Bro is immune to gravity
Careful with that title, Chris Heria might try to copyright you 😂😂
Isn't that the intention 😂
i remembered he started a beef with Austin just because he got called out for being an entitled brat 😂
😅
I’m a Chris heria fan and this is funny 😂
chris hernia is softer than qtip cotton
Thanks!
Thanks for the support
Bent arm planche was game changing for me. As soon as I unlocked the bent arm, I can feel my muscles more, feel like I know exactly what muscles I need to train for.
A gateway towards 90 degree push-ups too.
@@FitnessFAQs if we keep doing that. Can we upgrade our level to HS push ups?
To a degree, but pike push ups are closer to handstand push ups. @@Aakashjani29
You are a very good teacher and in excellent condition. Very informative and proactive videos.
I can’t wait to see you knock out full planche pushups
Love the grind and thank you for all the information brother
Definitely trying that sliding method when I practice this, thanks Daniel!
Awesome... Thank you
Just do these then. Damn, just.
Been training for 5 years now. This is gonna take some time.
Daniel, you are a very very very strong dude.
Again, looove your videos. Your so awesome.
Thx.
Superb bro 👍👍🤝🤝
thanks!
Assisted tuck planche pushups are gold Daniel thank you so much!! I tried those today and felt my anterior delts and serratus like never before!!! Great variation brother thank you so much!!!❤❤❤
Good beginner exercise OR finisher to get more planche volume.
I need to try too
Daaaaaam thankyou bro
Real strength
3:15 Holy shit I can practice the shoulder supported maltese with that setup in the gym
Try presses as well, from shoulder assisted planche in various progressions.
Intended use = step-ups. Actual use = calisthenics.
Guys!!!! I just hit 2 plates on bench for the first time! Literally 2 minutes ago and just wanted to share it 😆😆😆
Congratulations!
@@CaliToTheCrowd Thanks, I’ve been working towards this for a long time. Can’t wait to start repping it now haha
@@gonzalezm244 exactly how I felt when I hit 225 on bench! Slow and steady wins the race!
thats cool I hit 1 plate recently and I'm 14
@@Bigbroplays that's quite good. With the time you've got, you'll be a beast by the time you're 18. Just imagine this being a warmup for you after some time.

I see you finally mastered the plank push-up
Wow! How I wish I had arm strength like yours. How I wish I have a body like yours!
That 1st exercise in the video……I am going to try that in my next gym session. At least the bent feet touching the floor is going to give me leverage. The rest, I can only dream on doing 😂
Remember this. Losers say I can’t. Winners say I can’t, YET….
TIL calisthenics in automated CC is written Kal Sneks
Can you do a review of mike Tyson pushups?
3:35 or about that, I would say you rather need to focus on lock out and trying to hold the planche a second between reps, thats how full planche push ups are done by elite athletes, and it is because of this detail that Austin Dunham was roasted by the Barkage. Doing it as I am describing will help your planche, doing it as you are describing is the best for sheer pushing strength tho.
i started practicing tucked planche hold and now my right wrist is all messed up :(
Are tucked planche pushups better then elevated pike pushups for shoulders?
can you link to your Parallelettes?
My shoulders are telling me the assisted tuck planch was what they were exactly looking for
This is more intermediate right? Im just learning banded tuck planche
so how much tren do you use on a daily basis to supplement your gains
How can i stop popping of SC joint i had minor dislocate and had 3 months rehab but still it is not stable
It always seems impossible until it’s done.
What are those handles called and where can I buy them? Great video btw!
Parallelettes
Or have hexagon dumbbells they are good too
Dude. Don't buy it. Just make it yourself or ask a carpenter to make it for you. This way you can make the grip comfortable on however you want.
Does this have good carryover to bench and overhead pressing? I’d assume it would
Holy heck yes! This has changed my chest, i have one now. My bench press has gone up huge!
5:05 nice subtitles
👍🙏

The floor assisting planche push up with the feet on the ground, could it be a replacement for pike push ups?
Interesting question. Even I wanna know that.
Well, what do you use pike push ups for? It can do some of the things a pike pushup can, but not others. So the answer depends on what function of the ppu you're trying to replace.
Honestly ever since my wrist injury i can't be bothered to train fir skills anymore😢. But still do basics
Same but It's healing properly now ever since I started doing wrist exercises
How bad is it, did you see a physio ? I also hurt my wrist kinda badly two years ago but now I'm fully recovered and training calisthenics again pain-free (and I'm a heavy guy). With proper care I believe you also can recover 💪🏾💪🏾
@@StratosFair it's pretty bad that I can't really put much weight on my right wrist but after a week or so I can put some weight on it already. Btw is it a must to go and see a physio?
@@E4King i guess for now you should do some daily rehab exercises for your wrist (look up on fitnessfaqs, calimove and tom merrick's channels) and use paralletes to minimize the load on the wrists. only see a physio if the pain gets worse over time (or if you have insurance lol)
@@StratosFair I'm 6foot max
I'm at 90kg usually I'm around 85kg
I've lost 60% of my pushing strength
i can't handstand without paraletts.
I need to lose 7kg max
hello! I was just wondering if there's someone who could help me out with a little issue of mine. I just got back to doing calisthenics after a long time. Do u guys experience a little electric shock at the elbow while doing push ups? If yes, what do u think is the solution for it. At first, I thought I was just overworking my body but just now I just started my first set and I already felt it.
Warm up your elbows more before the first set and look up ulnar nerve flossing
The way you put it, "electric shock", makes me think it's something neurological, maybe ulnar nerve entrapment. If you can, see a doctor, this might not be the kind of thing that bro advice from the internet can solve.
@@om-js6qq I guess you're right. Thanks!
@@bluewaffles3760 i'll try doing this and if doesn't work maybe i should see a doctor. thank!
Which is better , to work these or a normal pseudo planche push-ups with slight leam
I also want to know
if u have more endurance u can do these but for foundation strength for these u have to pseudo lean planche push up
Both are horizontal pushing exercises. I'd recommend training them interchangeably as you have to similar but different methods of progress.
Do weights carry over to calisthenics? Basically will my planche and hs pushups get stronger if I do overheadpress
no; many exercises in calisthenics are skill based. You have to practice the skill. no amount of strength gains can give you the skill.
@@TiaanHugovanderMerwe planche shoulder strength..
@@jasperhelkamaki4552this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. an overhead press is the equivalent of a handstand pushup, with the only difference being there is no balance involved, isolating your shoulders. this in turn will strengthen your planche push ups, as the planche is a shoulder based move, and overhead press is a shoulder exercise.
@@Firechill then how come a mf who is 80kg doin 150kg on lat pulldown, cant do a pull up with 70kg between his legs?
@Firechill also tbh based on your channel i dont think you've touched a weight ever in your life... bruh, fucking nerd
let's be honest, this isn't an exercise it's a flex. this whole video is a flex
No, i disagree
Trust me, if Daniel wanted to flex on us, he could flex wayyyy harder
Most calisthenic exercises are.
I guess you have not watched his other videos? The guy can do a lot more impressive stuff

Huuh ?
@@suzuyajuuzou4389 what?
I didn't follow. I don'tknow what to do. Too much info, man!
More like triceps strength :)
Yep!
no lmao triceps are just for lockout strength
Not really, just try it - it destroys your deltoids. Same for supinated dips on a straight bar and son on.
