    Oil change 600mils and Valve every 1800 is what the manual states give all take. So my question is, if u derestricted the bike to get extra horse power and use it as a light adventure bike for road and fire trails would maintenance be still the same or more?. John - how goes you? Quick question. How do you go with your baggage on the rear? Specifically does it push down at all on the guards and create a heat issue with the exhaust? I'm trying to sort out some lower baggage for the rear and would appreciate a some of your guidance. I've been toying around with the AS side luggage supports... cheers and new content please 😂

    • @JohnTYoung
      @JohnTYoung  2 роки тому

      It does push on and wear the plastics a bit, bit it works well in a crash and doesn.t seem to actually break anything. I tried the AS things for a bit but found they didn't actually offer any support outwards to keep the luggage off the bike. I've been thru some changes this year, so ya, sorry for the lack of new videos. I'm trying, and thanks for watching.

      One of these days I'll make a perfect video where I answer ALL the questions. Not today, however. I usually either buy a drink and use the container(s) or pull a container out of the trash somewhere. Then find a helpful garage who'll take your tiny liter of oil and add it to their own.
