    Pretty neat to see a hydraulic top link and quick hitches on that little 322 hitch. Thanks for uploading!

      I will post the video for that, BUT, it's an embarrassing video because I cut out the spot where you see the hose fitting. Now the embarrassing part is all I needed to do was to flip around the cylinder and no cutting was necessary. What a dumb thing to do. So maybe my channel should be named, Things to not do because I did them and they are dumb🤷‍♂. But after having the hydraulic top link on the 1023, it's hard to not have one.

      @@FloridaDeere Ha ha. I know I've made plenty of those mistakes. Recently I was trying to rotate a cylinder around on the Little Buck Loader to use it on the X595, which has the hydraulic couplers on the opposite side from the 4x5 machines. I got out the pin on the lower side of the cylinder easily, and struggled with the piston side for about an hour. The pin was so tight. After I finally got it out I remembered that the piston rotates in the cylinder. So it's not just you!

      @@LukesJohnDeereGarage Yeah, we all do dumb things, wish I didn't. When Thomas came over to drop some stuff off and get his tires disassembled off the rims, he checked the top link out and I immediately felt super dumb about what I had done. I literally made him switch it back to fittings up so it appeared like I needed the carve out on the fender pan. In my tractoring stuff, I have rarely felt that dumb.

      @@FloridaDeere I've seen that done for regular top links a handful of times. In fact the early 300 series (317, etc) had a cut out there so I don't think it looks bad.

    What model tiller there’s a 332 near me it’s $2000 it has a cab snowblower dethatcher and so other little tow behind stuff but the catch is it’s doesn’t run supposedly it ran 2 years ago I need a machine with a tiller what do you think is this machine worth 2 grand? Would a model 30 tiller fit these machines?

    • @FloridaDeere
      @FloridaDeere  Рік тому +1

      So, a model 30 hydraulic tiller will fit these machines, but most have mounting hardware not a 3 point hitch like I have. I believe it mounts in a way to the deck lift, much like the 3 point, but more direct. If the overall condition is good, it's probably worth that and it should be something relatively easy to fix. No guarantee of course, but diesels tend to be simpler than gas motors. I'd imagine fuel issues, I'd still try to get him down to work in as much margin as you can get. It could be a simple fuel issue or maybe a fuel pump, a little more pricey. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks for watching.

    I have a 316 that im planning on getting the 3 pt hitch. Got tractor for 600$ 50" deck was in ruff shape and has power flow bagger and single stage blower. Got it running decent now. Found a tiller without complete mounts. Gonna do a 3pt conversion like yours. If you take off the quick hitch and hydraulic top link. How high can u lift tiller. Thanks

    • @FloridaDeere
      @FloridaDeere  Рік тому

      I don't know off hand, but those items don't make a huge difference, you'll still be able to lift it much higher with a customized 3 point hitch system like mine versus the regular tiller brackets. I sold my nice 322 and now just have the low hour Father's Day 322, which currently has a leak in the hydrostatic unit. And it's a serious leak, I believe from the charge pump, so I need to fix that before I use it again. When I say serious leak, you can visibly see if drip as it's running😮. I have the parts, just need the elusive time to take care of it. I've even been falling behind on editing and posting videos. Sounds like you did pretty good. And that's pretty standard for decks, most are trash by this age. Finding a good deck is a truly rare find. Thanks for watching.

      @@95rman We custom made the 3 point hitch because we didn't have the brackets and I already had a 3 point hitch. We used something like this, www.ebay.com/itm/254775243671?hash=item3b51c9b397:g:648AAOSw0GJfq3cB&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4LlC5MKeMoxmBAciyh3AWJzh9f3WnuzeVkAfRBZQIkz80I1ebC2GWjQ8P3QAWJvhwCV0obqcfWY0zfU01UgnFqq0uDxeXurIeJuCe%2BSaXJ4iA4NuAdzN7tCFVfOm3acHQh3HGWFUTcvZkloM8HAhqsSJfVr9ZO3qVUsTmYNJAfMX59Zjq1o1XmwHxGcb70%2FTGD8blF9DqC7dpeKZbtoPGOWn2WXq33%2BudEr8a0AmpZ%2BaB7j4kib4yfR1IC5TPwQRL196k3243AIDdNlodbDruA3lE%2Falm%2BMj3ltB%2F7T0P5Yv%7Ctkp%3ABFBM4rnUrPti and also used some flat stock from the brake linkage from a 4X5 series tractor to build the rest of the 3 point set up, took us a few hours. Thanks for watching, I hope that helps.

    Is that a cat 1 or 0 3 point hitch?

    • @FloridaDeere
      @FloridaDeere  2 роки тому +1

      It is a Cat 1 hitch because all my stuff is Cat 1, my old 445 stuff as well as the 1023E, so just tried to make things as interchangeable as possible. Although clearly they, they being the 322 and 1023E won't share all 3 PTH attachments, but they can share some. Thanks for watching.

    Emax 25 mahindra tractor daedong engine..how should I operate it when putting around yard pulling a lawn sweeper or estate rake... what's best 3000 rpm or 2000 rpm????

    • @FloridaDeere
      @FloridaDeere  2 роки тому

      I'm a big fan of reading the OM, it's a bit dry, but does have a bit of info. For PTO work in most if not all tractors, I run WOT. For most other work, I run 2500-2800rpm, while WOT is 3250 rpm. That's in my 1023E, which would be similar to your Emax25 to a certain extent. My 322, I have no idea, there is not tach. Thanks for watching.
