I think with any chronic illness there are good days and bad days. I’ve been trying to figure it out for years why some days are better than others. There’s just no answer. I call myself an autoimmune train wreck. In my particular case my Meniere’s is autoimmune though I know this isn’t the case for everyone.
I think I have Menieres b/c I meet all the diagnostic criteria....However, I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine, and my history is classic for it and for the diagnostic criteria too.. however I have head roar tinnitus, it sounds like Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and it's deafening and it's accompanied by vertigo as well as balance issues....these are the most debilitating symptoms I have among all other the vestibular sympstoms. I have some good days among the bad ones and have about given up trying to figure out why. I also have frontal fibrosing alopecia which is thought to be an autoimmune issue and I was wondering if/how your Meniere's symptom due to autoimmune are different than typical Meniere's symptoms.
I just over a big spin with all the extras. It takes me a couple days to recoup afterwards. It wears me put thanks for your videos I'm apart of your fb group
I have narcolepsy but I’ve been in and out of the ER and got CT and it might be Menieres. I was getting progressively worsening migraines, hearing loss, and fainting along with hamster wheel of death. Getting answers soon!
This stuff is driving me down about 9 months so far .and the winter weather has me spinning 3 or four days a week.trying to stay useful and some days that's hard
I have sensorineural hearing loss in both ears, but the range is very low decibel.the loss doesn't affect me at all conversationally and otherwise...my hearing is excellent. However, I've not been diagnosed with Menieres although I have all the symptoms. Instead I've been diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine.

Are you taking any medications or treatments. My mom has it and I want to help her. She's not doing any treatment at all
No benzodiazepines to prevent it?
Does everyone have trouble hearing , I am super sensitive to certain loud noises and have fantastic hearing,
Not everyone. But most do have some hearing loss. Even with my limited hearing some sounds still bother me. Like deep bass tones make me crazy !!

How often do you have menieres attacks
This month I have been lucky. No attacks. But usually once or twice a week.
@@menieresdiseasewarrior5949 l had 3 this week but none last month
I’m permanently dizzy. I don’t get full blown vertigo attacks but I’m dizzy all the time.
Please share what Vitamin B you use please.
