That’s a really good point its so easy to get attached to a job interview and think ‘this is the one!!!’ So you forget that there’s no offer just hoping it all works out 😭

i too started to be a bit outspoken about my job search journey on social media and potentially on here -- helps to find other people going through the same process, ux/tech industry is tough atm!
As a UX Designer myself and lookin at this video helped me because you give more details on the UX side of things. Other video they skip a lot of details unlike you.

Having the freedom to pursue a job you're passionate about because you're financially secure must feel incredible, unlike the lack of choice that comes with being broke and needs to secure any job asap. 😥

I think its not just a feeling you're describing at least for creative fields. Last week I had an interview and I applied for an entry level position with no experience required as I'm just about to finish my masters and the interviewer kept telling me how useless my degree is and how often students barely qualify for an unpaid internship in his company to the point that I wondered why he invited me at all. Sad that bosses like that don't value the growth you're able to get at university.
Yes! U r 100% right about self branding part.. and that is so scary🥲 Im not an extrovert, I have private accounts everywhere however I need to make a lot of open content so that I could have clients😔 Thats why there are a lot of scam shit courses nowadays, because self selling seems more important than actual skills and knowledge, I hate it!
Yes, I do the same presión. I feel if you don't have a brand for yourself or your own business your not eligible.

I myself am still in the learning process (I'm studying advertising, graphic design and UI/UX) but I can't deny how afraid I feel about entering the job world 🥲

I wouldn't even consider you unemployed, like 100% unemployed, I mean you also do UA-cam and probably make a bit of money with it, too, at almost 30k and the niche you're in. ;)
I don't feel the pressure with the personal branding as I'm actually self-employed so I just do it naturally.

No way that amount of food fills u. Most of your videos that ive watched, the meals are barely a bite. How do ya survive off of that?
These are normal sized meals and I didn’t film my dinner, not everyone eats Americanised XXL burgers everyday. why are you so pressed about a strangers eating habits?
