I thought this was gonna be one of those "cute looking secretly horror game in disguise" games. Was not expecting the horror to literally only be manufactured by Dan

i joined the stream an hour in thinking it was gonna be one of those. im not too great with jumpscares, so i was bracing myself for the game to do something until i just hear [VINE BOOM] [METAL PIPE] [DUCK] and i realise that oh no. this is just dan inflicting as much pain on himself and everyone else as possible

I love how every time markiplier asks about the bite of 87 dan says no. The image of mark randomly asking "Was that the bite of 87?" throughout his life and having to be told no each time, as if he's never heard of the bite of 87 and he genuinely thinks every single thing in his life could be it is really funny

Markiplier with dementia in nursing home
Part of the effectiveness of the silence-interrupted-by-sound videos is that you'll get more tense the longer the silence goes on, while you're waiting for the sound to come. RT decided to forgo this and instead opt for an armed robbery by a penguin riding a delivery bike with a crowbar
I dunno, that desert bus shift with the thwomps was chill as normal. Extra hilarious but chill as normal.

I like the idea of RT going through scooby-doo shenanigans and the mark is just there at random times, "Is that the bite of 87?" "No, mark"
I see it as mangle, the goat and the duck chasing each other and constantly banging into things,

Honestly you could say Mark had an accident woke up from a coma and all he could remember how to say was "is that the bite of 87?!" And people would belive you 😂
I imagined it as RT's house falling apart around him as he plays Suika and Mark sometimes randomly appears behind him to wonder if it's the bite of 87

my roommate freshman year of college used to put the 10 hours of silence interrupted by vine booms on when we were hanging out with friends so it would punctuate random parts of conversation i highly recommend this but also we listened to it so much that she knew when the booms were

My friends and I did it for a Discord call and by the end of the first 2 hours we were all in tears from laughing so much. Highly recommend

The 10 hour metal pipe video is actually a great video to use while studying, because I constantly get distracted with other things and that explosion of sound instantly snaps me back into studying mode

I like to think those aren't sounds from videos, but it's Dan in his room dropping metal pipes, breaking bottles, having a goat, vacumming, having Markiplier himself, watching pingu, having a duck, knocking on his door, making a vine boom sound, blasting airhorns, playing with legos, playing minecraft, watching kitchen nightmares all at the same time. The man is just multitasking to the full limit

I've been an RTgame fan for a long time, but this stream was the first RT game stream I've actually tuned into live. Let me tell you, this was the best stream I could have possibly come into.

This reminds me of a DnD session we did once, I had the "10 hours of silence occasionally interrupted by a metal pipe" playing and whoever flinched had disadvantage on their next roll, no matter what it was
I appreciate the censor bleeps rather than 'UA-cam' censors, because it makes the sounds more impactful
Now from this moment on anytime Dan sees a metal pipe he's gonna get war flashbacks to the god damn suika game
i have NEVER laughed as hard as i have than the first time the car crash sound effect played. this was genuinely amazing

Okay this may be an animator'a goldmine for audio clips good lord, the genuine fear in Dan' voice after every car crash sound effect is fantastic

I like how the swearing after the pipe is censored regularly instead of with UA-cams
It took me far to long to realize that the quacks were one of the sounds and weren’t being used to censor Dan swearing out of fear

Ya know, I've seen a lot of suika streams due to it's addicting nature, but this was genuinely the funniest and most creative idea for this game
this highkey reminds me of those old sitcoms with a ridiculous amount of added sound effects/laugh tracks in the background its amazing

The true narrative experience is all the sounds lining up one after the other. The duck crashing it’s car due to a screaming goat on the freeway, and Mark breaking into Dan’s house, knocking over a metal pipe in the process just to ask him if it was the Bite of 87’, all accentuated by the vine boom. Truly this is modern art at its finest😌

fun fact: some youtubers use the quack sound effect to censor swearing, and some youtubers say "duck" instead of "fuck" so when I hear "youtube you duck" it autotranslates to "fuck you fuck" in my brain
I was playing Suika when he started streaming it. This game is stupidly addictive and I never want to look at a watermelon again (I will go play it after this)
I love the background narrative of this: a screaming goat and duck break into RTs house, drop a crowbar, break all of his glass bottles, attempt to steal his car and wreck it, while he's on the phone with Markiplier. All while our man is failing at setting up a fruit stand

this reminds me of the time in university where we were chilling in one of the classrooms late at night and we put on 30-50 + different ten hour videos all at once of different sounds. like 10 hours tornado sirens, 10 hours of smoke detector, 10 hours of baby crying, 10 hours of sea shanties, etc. it was chaos and it was wonderful

My kid watched this without me a few days ago while I was trying to nap...I didn't know it was this video, but I finally understand what I was hearing. I was kinda sorta asleep, but could still hear around me, and it kept scaring me, waking me up again a little each time! 😂
I love the fact that the sound effects make a story when paired together-
I don’t know why but after a emotionally stressful full day random sounds paired with a cutesy game made me fell a lot better. That and RT’s voice is very soothing.
