As a Korean person, I want to say plainly that yes, it's very clear she has had these surgeries done. It's not a hateful thing to just point it out. No, this is not a result of puberty or a "maturing face". I think some of you guys may have gotten foreigner eyes syndrome where you see surgeries so often that you think that's how people's faces actually progress.

yeah that's why it's a good thing to remind younger (and more impressionable) kpop stans to never pressure themselves into attaining what they see in their idols (hair, makeup, skin, facial features, body, clothes, even skills like singing and dancing) because there is an insane amount of work and maintenance put into their appearance. not to mention they have people who do this for them because this is a huge part of their job. and to add to what you said (and this is just my opinion) but: i don't shame people for getting plastic surgery, but i'm strongly against people getting it. that means they have to adhere to a standard. personally i think we should abolish those standards instead of trying to follow them and contribute to uplifting that standard.

i doubt it, shes had obvious weight loss from iz*one to ive, and baby fat is gone by 18, and so i believe she got chin/jaw filler to look less deathly thin. since she looks severely under weight not to mention shes 173 cm. its not a stretch since shes had balding from stress in early ive era, so malnutrition probably made it worse and that's probably why her hair part so different now. thats my guess atleast

I had a classmate who used wonyoung’s photo while she was in iz*one as her profile picture. For like a year, I thought it was my classmate’s photo. Then realized that it was wonyoung. They literally look so identical, the brow shape, the chubby cheeks, the lip shape, even the teeth, only difference is their noses. Wonyoung’s nose is higher than hers. But now after wonyoung had plastic surgeries, they look nothing alike now. The fat removal probably isn’t true. Under starship they make her lose so much weight and she weighs less than me. Even I’m underweight and she’s taller YET still weighs less. It definitely looks like she got everything done in this video. Buccal fat is not affected by weight (I still have the same buccal fat as I did at 14, despite being almost double the age and a much lower BMI than my chubby teenage self). She’s had numerous fillers (which you can tell in her lips, her chin is longer and rounder and her cheeks are unnaturally full considering her low weight). You can see her silicone nose tip implant better from the side, and her eye surgeries are pretty self-explanatory.

Honestly I can't tell if she really did get all of that surgery cause she was 14 and now she is 18 and my face changed A LOT from 14 to 18 and I sure didn't get any surgery. So faces do really change a lot. But she looked cute before and she looks cute now as well. What's the big deal if Wonyoung did have plastic surgery? It's not like other idols are all natural. Also, Wonyoung is not getting any younger. Her face shape naturally changes since she's thinner than her younger self. Face fats will be reduced but I believe that she did something to her nose, lips, and maybe remove some fats on face but other than that I don't see any major changes. She's still look like her younger self. After all, you can't expect a 14 year-old girl to grew up with the same face structure. Makeup also enhances Wonyoung's features. Compared to some idols who had plastic surgery, I can say that Wonyoung looks way more natural than them.

And the way she works so hard on tv even on their so-called 'reality' show (The Manager), she has been working so hard to show her best even in the slightest proving that she is aware of what people want her to be. I had a classmate who used wonyoung’s photo while she was in iz*one as her profile picture. For like a year, I thought it was my classmate’s photo. Then realized that it was wonyoung. They literally look so identical, the brow shape, the chubby cheeks, the lip shape, even the teeth, only difference is their noses. Wonyoung’s nose is higher than hers. But now after wonyoung had plastic surgeries, they look nothing alike now. The fat removal probably isn’t true. Under starship they make her lose so much weight and she weighs less than me. Even I’m underweight and she’s taller YET still weighs less. The fat from her face was bound to decrease when you lose a lot of body fat and she grew up. You normally have chubby cheeks when you’re older but you grow out of them.
Buccal fat pads are not responsive to weight loss, it doesn’t affect them. She had to have them removed or partially removed.

Back in the past when I was a teenager, I was so insecure of my baby fat cheeks so I tried every diet I could do but it's only my body which got effected, but there's no change of my baby fat cheeks..
It turns out that baby fat cheeks is different from other body fat, it's not something to get rid easily no matter what diets you did..

It's true that most of the idol get plastic surgery but I don't think she got that much. I'm pretty sure it's the makeup and the fact that she's grown up. Now she's 18 and certainly no longer looks like her 4 years ago.
It definitely looks like she got everything done in this video. Buccal fat is not affected by weight (I still have the same buccal fat as I did at 14, despite being almost double the age and a much lower BMI than my chubby teenage self). She’s had numerous fillers (which you can tell in her lips, her chin is longer and rounder and her cheeks are unnaturally full considering her low weight). You can see her silicone nose tip implant better from the side, and her eye surgeries are pretty self-explanatory.

Honestly I can't tell if she really did get all of that surgery cause she was 14 and now she is 18 and my face changed A LOT from 14 to 18 and I sure didn't get any surgery. So faces do really change a lot. But she looked cute before and she looks cute now as well. They never dissed her 💀 She’s deemed as one of the most attractive female k-pop idols so acknowledging her surgeries lessens the impact of harsh beauty standards.
Obviously some of these are true but some of these could've been possibly influenced by puberty and makeup:
Nose: yes she got rhinoplasty, nose shape doesn't Naturally change
Lip: same reason, lips don't get much thicker, even then it happens during pre-teens mostly not teens
Buccal fat: definitely natural, everyone loses buccal fat during teen yrs, plus she lost weight now
Jaw defining: mandible usually grows until 15-17. Mostly stops growing in teens. But she could've also gotten surgery too
Eye: I don't know I don't see much of a difference, could be makeup or ps
her nose is the same? and one thing for certain is her inner eye surgery

What's the big deal if Wonyoung did have plastic surgery? It's not like other idols are all natural. Also, Wonyoung is not getting any younger. Her face shape naturally changes since she's thinner than her younger self. Face fats will be reduced but I believe that she did something to her nose, lips, and maybe remove some fats on face but other than that I don't see any major changes. She's still look like her younger self. After all, you can't expect a 14 year-old girl to grew up with the same face structure. Makeup also enhances Wonyoung's features. Compared to some idols who had plastic surgery, I can say that Wonyoung looks way more natural than them.
bucal fat has nothing to do with weight . bucal fat wont change even if u're underweight or getting older. just stop pretending she never do it. its not that bad if it's true
