I would advice everyone to update the polling rate to 1000hz. It's a night and day difference compared to the stock Xbox controller which is hard locked at 125hz. Hz = updates per seconds the client (controller) sends to the device (console).
With this controller I knocked off 1 second from my lap records in MotoGP22... if there is a game where you need a smooth and precise stick, and triggers, this is it.

i havnt used the controller at any other polling rate, went straight to 1000hz, is the difference that noticable

Mine keeps randomly disconnecting when i'm shooting on siege idk what to do
different cable? or try an update in the software

@@TheBuildBench yeah it took 2 weeks to come and i think it's where i have a headset plugged in a lot of other ppl have the same problem
