I think it’s a bug that the HE doesn’t have sound support using 500hz, Nexus is also saying that the sound still works while in 500hz on the HE, I think the G7 HE is getting a firmware update soon to fix this.

O correto seria você testar a sensibilidade até achar uma para você. Os analógicos tem uma maciez diferente, oque requer que você se acostume motoramente. Oque é recomendado e usar baixo dead zone e se possível ligar o 500hz.
For Xdefiant yes definitely! For whatever reason that game can feel better with higher resolution, something I notice playing with elite series 2 on Xdefiant as well. Cod though, G7SE and HE would be my pick first.
I'm using a G7HE on my Xbox Series X and it's very responsive but if I set my minimum stick range to less than 3 I get very noticeable drift regardless of raw mode being enabled or disabled
Hello, I have a question. Is there a controller that supports 1000hz for the Xbox Series X? How many hz does the Xbox Series X support? Does the Xbox support 250hz, 500hz, and 1000hz? I hope for a clear answer.
Hey bro so I was told by a marketing guy that xbox max supports 250hz, and this guy knew about the industry as he'd been working in it a long time. I do believe Xbox has some sorta lock t 4ms max and Gamesir foudn a work around it, and they were told by Microsoft to remove the feature from the Nexus app on Xbox, hence we need a pc to set the report rate. Personally I haven't used a true 1000hz on a PC as I mainly play on consoles, so this extra performance we have from Gamesir controllers on xbox is probably a bit worse than what it should be. I do however use the dualsense ege on PS5 and find my G7se very comparable to that, edge is a standard 1000hz but again PS5 own system latency would be a factor. Art is war made a video on Apex controller and did the latency test what I'm doing now, prior to his video I had a slight different way to test for latency. Now my results the best are 6.47 and he got on his PC in 5's so there's a massive difference between my 1000hz and ofcourse his state of the art pc latency wise. Gamesir controllers are getting some extra prformance from whatever work around they discovered, how long we'll have this extra performance I'm not sure. Hopefully Microsoft will open the 1000hz natively but who knows if thats ever going to happen.
@@thephototechy Xbox do 💯 support 1000hz but a tool within the Xbox will only allows maximum of 250hz, this is done for safety reasons for the hardware within the Xbox 👍🏻 that said you can get the Xbox to run over the limit with implementing a gateway on the controller that goes around the tool and get 1000hz like Gamesir has done with the G7 this is also the reason why other controllers also support 500hz on Xbox and Microsoft is not hyper concerned with that because it doesn’t effect the console like 1000hz does 👍🏻 Gamesir Kalied and others do also support 500hz on Xbox. All this said, don’t think your Xbox will burn in to flames using 1000hz because it doesn’t 🤣 but even if only one console started to fail because of a 1000hz Microsoft will keep the tool and the limit, it’s just not worth the hassle for them right now, think about it, it’s only geeks like us who cares about 250hz vs 1000hz and this is so true because the standard Xbox controller is only running 125hz in wireless and it’s the most popular controller in the world.
@@thephototechy Thank you for your response. This means that if you activate the gamesir 1000hz software, will it be activated on the Xbox 1000hz consoles, or will the hz download be done?
@@Mohmmed99999 hey so G7se and G7he will keep 1000hz when moving to Xbox. My original batch G7se sees more improvement when switched to 1000hz when compared to G7HE. Kaleid is the one that when set to 1000hz on pc reverts to 250hz when connected to Xbox.
Anyone else not seeing the report rate button when using the g7 he on the Xbox gamesir app? Controller is version 6.33 and still don’t see the report rate part
Bro I got the V3 TE on the way and honestly very excited to test that one. Will make a video review and if it doesn't have any quirks with aiming, then definitely going to make a video comparing to G7se, as that's been my most used controller for a while now.
with the G7HE you'll need windows 11, but Kalied can do a proper 1000hz on pc, but it'll disable the xbox license, so the controller won't show up in xbox accessories app but it'll still work.
hey bro so with those sticks you'll change the output slightly and will make the controller feel a bit more responsive, that's due to the shaft being wider and that makes the resolution a bit less. I myself need to get those to test them out as well.
Do the HE buttons preform just as good as the SE?, i know its membrane vs tactile but they feel too stiff compared to the SE, and i wonder if that translates to slower response times in comparison
Thats actually very interesting observation bro. I knw what you mean about slow to respond as they can feel like needing more pressure to press. I mainly play FPS and the only time I'm bashing them is when I'm dead and needng to respawn quickly lol. I do have to look into testing for button response somehow.
Thanks for another really good video & comments & the questions from the people are brilliant! Then I have to ask as my English may not be the best. I have the first G7 SE with the first app. Haven't updated it yet. It is set to 1000hz. Now I have two G7 HE lying around. But I dare not update the app on my Xbox because I'm afraid of losing the 1000hz mode. If I update the app, will I see the 1000hz mode for my HEs or it disappears in the app? That's what I'm most afraid of. Because I only play on Xbox. If I set my controllers to 1000hz on PC, will they keep 1000hz when I plug them into my Xbox or will the app pull the hertz down? Many questions. But if I don't update the app, I can't use my HE with the back buttons. And if I can't use 1000hz, it doesn't feel worth buying a 1000hz controller for Xbox. Do I even need the app on Xbox or can I set everything on PC and save it on the controller?
Hey bro so I'd say set the HE's on PC and if possible keep the older app on xbox as you'll still be able to adjust your G7se if needed. You can also bind the back buttons without using the app, so if you set the sticks, triggers and report rate on PC for the HE, then use on controller binding method to assign back buttons if needed. setting the HE to 1000 on pc and bringing to xbox shows a slight improvement and I felt this whilst gaming too, specially for back buttons and triggers, but this time around the gains are not as big as the older G7se in 1000hz. If I didn't feel the button presses and more connected experience I'd say that G7HE doesn't have 1000hz, but I do feel it improve for me in 1000hz.
@@thephototechyI hear what you're saying. Took my PC & and connected my HE. Set it up just like my SE & played a couple rounds of switching controls back & forth. But it doesn't feel as responsive as my SE. Could be because I have about 900h with my SE & HE feels a little stiffer in buttons & levers. But key presses don't feel as distinct on HE. Almost as a minor delay. Barely noticeable, but it's there. Maybe give it a few hours and maybe you'll get used to the feeling. But it doesn't feel like SE 1000hz. Could be placebo, could be 1000hz. There must be a program for Xbox where you can test your controller just like Gamer Heaven does. So you can get what you have in your hand in black and white.
@@Alpha_1c hey bro so Microsoft asked this feature to be removed so it's not longer available on Xbox. It needs to be set on a PC which saves it on the controller and can be used on Xbox then.

Without raw mode feel it not fast or better say not so responsive when i play with eswap x2 and i wanna try the g7he to compared on my eswap x2 i need the raw mode for the same feeling
I have the HE and idk why but it feels like some times the gun doesn't fire. Idk
Hey bro so triggers have been fine on mine. Do you feel it's the trigger or the whole controller lacks connection? Definitely not right behaviour and one thing I've learned, if you feel something is off then it probably is. I'd say if recalibration doesn't fix it then get a replacement bro.
@@thephototechy I'll try they. Should I do the manual recalibration or the in app calibration
I think it’s a bug that the HE doesn’t have sound support using 500hz, Nexus is also saying that the sound still works while in 500hz on the HE, I think the G7 HE is getting a firmware update soon to fix this.
@@BA3YDADDY that'd be a nice add for the controller. I as surprised it behaving like the SE and not Kaleid. Someone just left a comment about their SE being 6.33 and mine is at 6.3 and doesn't show an update available for it. I'm not keen on updatingy SE tbh, really regretting not picking up some old ones when had the chance. I have a feeling the old batch has some extra performance compared to the HE
@@thephototechy That might be the firmware to fix it 🙌🏻
The first batch of SE is sadly long gone now that’s for sure.
For me 500hz + sound support will be more attractive with the new G7 PRO, that combo is worth more then just 1000hz, but in a perfect world 1000hz and sound support would of caused be what we want but we will not get that before next Xbox 💯
If the HE gets the firmware fix to get sound to work with 500hz then I will begin to promote that to my friends more then the G7 SE.
Myself will still use the G7 SE until I get my hands on the new G7 PRO, really looking forward to the TMR sticks 🙌🏻

Hey bro I ordered the TE version and its supposed to be shipping today, so excited to try that one!
Thanks for making these kinds of vids man🫡 . I’ve been playing around with the v3 tournament edition and loving it so far. One thing that I would love for you to test is the 1000hz tournament mode on Xbox series x . I have no way of testing it but it does feel very responsive. On the PC side 1000hz works wonderfully no overclock needed .
Bro mine has shipped today, so excited to test that one, as Fuison pro 4 is giving me a slight headache lol.
Hey, thank you so much for the very in depth videos I just got my G7 HE and I am really enjoying it, especially the 1000hz. I was just wondering if there is a work around to be able to use headphones while using 500 or 1000hz, I remember seeing some 2 controller trick, could you explain how this works? Thank you!!
@@PokimaneFeet hey bro so there used to be a way to enable Co pilot on the controller, but I've been told that by just plugging the headset to a different controller signed to your profile, audio should work. I still need to test this method myself

@@thephototechy Спасибо.
I’m looking into getting a G7 SE or HE, I have used normal Xbox controllers my entire life, what settings in the nexus app would you recommend to have the most similar settings to a normal Xbox controller? Such as with your thumb sticks for aiming and dead zones? Thanks
O correto seria você testar a sensibilidade até achar uma para você. Os analógicos tem uma maciez diferente, oque requer que você se acostume motoramente. Oque é recomendado e usar baixo dead zone e se possível ligar o 500hz.
Has the Kaleid surpassed the G7 SE (or this one) as your go-to due to the stick resolution?
For Xdefiant yes definitely! For whatever reason that game can feel better with higher resolution, something I notice playing with elite series 2 on Xdefiant as well. Cod though, G7SE and HE would be my pick first.
I'm using a G7HE on my Xbox Series X and it's very responsive but if I set my minimum stick range to less than 3 I get very noticeable drift regardless of raw mode being enabled or disabled
thank your alot dude ,love your picture you awesome.
Hey bro thanks for all the support!
@@BA3YDADDY bro thanks for sharing this. I do think the 1000hz needs to be opened natively, specially when Sony has it working with Edge on PS5.
Would you say the razer wolverine v3 or gamesir controller? Budget is no problem
Bro I got the V3 TE on the way and honestly very excited to test that one. Will make a video review and if it doesn't have any quirks with aiming, then definitely going to make a video comparing to G7se, as that's been my most used controller for a while now.
So can we finally be on 1000hz on pc with windows 10 or do I need to be windows 11?
with the G7HE you'll need windows 11, but Kalied can do a proper 1000hz on pc, but it'll disable the xbox license, so the controller won't show up in xbox accessories app but it'll still work.
@@thephototechyHow is that With the g7 he on pc? Can we Set it easily to 1000hz Like kaleid or do we Need the Script Download ?
Hi, just a quick question, are loose sticks bad? Like should I think about getting a new one if my sticks are loose
I just ordered some scuf sticks to try on the gamesir g7HE, do you think they will fit?
hey bro so with those sticks you'll change the output slightly and will make the controller feel a bit more responsive, that's due to the shaft being wider and that makes the resolution a bit less. I myself need to get those to test them out as well.
Let me know one you try them
Do the HE buttons preform just as good as the SE?, i know its membrane vs tactile but they feel too stiff compared to the SE, and i wonder if that translates to slower response times in comparison
Thats actually very interesting observation bro. I knw what you mean about slow to respond as they can feel like needing more pressure to press. I mainly play FPS and the only time I'm bashing them is when I'm dead and needng to respawn quickly lol. I do have to look into testing for button response somehow.
I feel the same way about the HE buttons. feels like they don't respond some times
So you can get what you have in your hand in black and white.
does the less resolution make it feel like xbox sticks? or is it the physical xbox sticks that give it more of that feeling? (prolly both)
