Home made power feed for a mobile band saw mill

A few people have expressed interest in seeing how I set up my power feed on the mobile band saw mill. This is the current setup I am running. Please keep in mind that the mill is not quite done yet, so I have not yet been able to test it on a log. So, whatever information you may glean from this, just take it with a grain of salt.
I understand that there may be some problems with this setup, and I'm always open to constructive criticism. Please just keep the comments civil.

thats a sweet setup man. Im going to emulate that on mine. was pouring over wheelchair motors which I dont like the idea of anyway and harbor freight is right here, like to see some more nfo on the fabrication of the #40 chain sprocket onto the winch..

Thanks for the video! Looks great. I bought a cheep speed control like you and it has issues when wired up and switch off it’s putting 10 volts to both sides of the motor? Probably bad? What size wire did you use from the controller to the winch motor? It seems to be be kinda light duty for a sawmill? Thanks. Needing some advice from Arkansas.
