Eric, don't waste your money on sprayers they are a waste of money. When I used to seal, I brushed around the edges then poured a little at a time on the concrete and broomed it in,you use a little more sealant but you save a lot by not buying them expensive sprayers.if you ask ryan I bet he has brought hundreds of them sprayers and I remember seeing loads of old ones in his old yard which was broken....

I commented on Ryan videos about this, and I'll tell you this too. After you're done with the sprayer, put the sealer that's left in it back in the bucket. Rinse the sprayer out with water 3 to 5 times. On the last one, fill with water and spay the water out to clean out the hose.
I dont know why contractors blame the quality of the sprayer when it's not that. If they realize what sealer is and what it does when it dries, they understand why it important to wash it out. Sealer isn't water!

Clean out your sprayers! That unnecessary stop was no one's fault but your own. Never leave product in them, thoroughly clean them out, and don't leave pressure on them. Spending an extra 10 minutes on something that you feel isn't 'that' important can save you several hours and hundreds of dollars in having to chase down replacements. Take care of your tools and they'll take care of you. And if you're fed up to that level at the very start of the year, it's going to be a brutal year.

Those o-rings go bad constantly, which is 90% of the time what's wrong when they stop working. Usually the chemicals you're putting in those sprayers destroy rubber o rings, they make silicone and other types of o rings that are resistant to particular chemicals... and 5 minutes to swap out some o rings on the job site is a hell of a lot better than having to leave the job to drives to your supplier for more tools
