Nft i can see a concept of creating special limited editions for more money no doubt. I see he moving towards a investment console and not gaming console if that makes since.

Well if he's going to NFT 'em, surely Tommy knows what CHAIN they're going to be hosted on? There are several and they don't even have to burn the planet much to work. SURELY Intellivision has partnered with a company that will help bridge their product to that chain. NO DOUBT he can answer those questions _instantly_ if you were to ask him right now.
(And that "giveaway" is almost more insulting than no compensation at all.)
Mark my words: the next time (or the time after next) we see Mr. Tallarico, he'll be announcing his resignation saying he had no idea of how bad the company was handling the project and some guy representing what will be left of the company is gonna take full resposibility. He'll be expecting with this that we will accept a made up culprit to blame and him to get all the sympathy, getting off the hook and becoming a victim.

Wait until Pat and Ian find out that the unannounced last pack in game is Video Games Live Hero in which you play an up and coming rock star by the name of Tommy and you then air guitar your way to the top! QUESTION: If Tommy faked lag in Finnigan Fox just to troll Pat & Ian (as he said) why didn't he show a real video afterwards of it without lag to prove it? I looked into what NFTs are and I don't think you can apply it to video games in the sense of what Tommy is trying to do. NFTs in video games apply to the in game currency or items that you can get not the actual game itself if I am reading the basic definition correctly.

Wow. I turn my back on this thing for a few months and it goes from bad to shit show. How do you even keep a company afloat, keep investors coming in, when the problems are this compounded?

There's another employer that Tommy lied about in the investor pitch and on the Republic page, Cara Acker. There's a video called "Tommy Tallarico lied to investors about another thing in his Intellivision Amico investor pitch" that breaks it all down. The channel/uploader is called "Goose".
Another part of that reveal by the CFO really bothered me. He said "She left to spend more time with her family". Most people know this to be a generic excuse often employed by politicians. But what really bothers me is the sexism of that announcement. If someone leaves for PERSONAL reasons, it's not up the company to offer those reasons up. They're personal, so it should be up to the person who left to give. I will note they didn't do that with J Allard, they let J Allard's "It wasn't a good fit" speak for itself. When the CFO said Cara Acker left for personal reasons, he added "and no one should question her for that". The CFO (Nick Dicks?) did it for the self-serving purpose to shut down any further questions about the timeline of her departure and her contributions. He practically dared people to ask follow-up questions so he could indignantly say "How dare you ask about her personal life, you unfeeling monster". Yet he was using her family and personal situation as a shield from further scrutiny. His offering up the "spend time with family" also perpetuates a long held stereotype that women aren't reliable and that's the rationale for the lack of female executives. I saw that very defense to the Activision lawsuit that showed that women were promoted far less and paid much less than their male counterparts of comparable skill and seniority. Many apologists tried to justify it with sexist statements like "Well maybe those women took time off to have kids" and "you know women always want to stay home when the kids are sick" and even "I know a gal in my office who takes off early a few days every week during the fall to see her kid play soccer".

NFTs are more technically a very inforgable signature, but as always an idiot marketing team ran ahead without thinking, with pants on his head and ass exposed.
They entered in "big tech trends 2021" in Google and used the first term to come up.
I can't wait for them to rebrand it as the "Amico Metaverse Console" in 2 months. Watch as breakout and emojis crossover when you download each individual game to your Metaverse Console TM.
Now it's hust a matter of when/what will be the first Amico lawsuit
NFT's seem like a ultra tedious operation for game designers. I make a NFT game and before I do anything I have to look at the blockchain of 5 other games each with hundreds of items and implement that many variation items into my game FIRST before I can even implement my own items into the game. And then I have to check updates to those games and work together to plan every item to be used in all games what a mess would never work unless it was under the umbrella one company for all the games total. Even then the designers would say F it after a time and only limit the number of games to 2 or 3 at the most.
So I can’t fung any of the games

Okay, what the heck is an NFT, and why would a 50-year-old Intellivision fan care? Something, something, blockchain halves sales when both Amico owners use NFT to sell each other their games?
NFTs are cryptocurrency based LINKS that tie back to their digital ledger the blockchain that speculators have been trying to make happen and market as “unique and collectible” when it’s a huge scam like Amico.
I thought NFT's were unique or one of a kind. Am I incorrect?

Great video games, you have been right about Tommy and the Amico from the very start.
I could see them using NFTs if they got a grant for it in order to keep their project afloat. It's also a good backup plan to use for another delay if there isn't a chip shortage down the road.
I can't help but notice they haven't named the grant. Is it a secret? Seems like a government grant would have to be public, so why not list it? Taxpayers should know if their money is going to something legitimate.

I wonder if he saw my video on Atari dabbling into NFTS and how it would be cool if digital games would be NFTS so you can resell them and just went with it. One thing I've noticed is that he shoots first and asks questions later about logistics. When you look back at when the Amico was first announced and still a concept, there was a lot of grand ideas floated from all corners. But now that we're essentially locked in, you can't go back and implement stuff like this. Especially when NFTS are littered with transaction fees that could be more than the game itself.
