"Buck" Skylark Installing Wheel Studs and First Attempt Goes Wrong

- I wanted to install long wheel studs on the front of my 1978 Buick Skylark I call "Buck" Skylark. I need longer wheel studs to work with the aluminum wheels i am using and to pass tech at the drag races. All was going well until i tried the first wheel stud and found out it was wrong. I decided to just use my steel wheels for now until I get back form the #nonamenationals 2023 In Sikeston Missouri at Jeffers Motorsports Park on Sept 21 to 23.

Hahaha... I should have removed the shifter but I thought a couple of wacks would do it ....Boy was i wrong, it wore me out.....lol

Wrong parts...seems to be getting more common than not! Kinda like those factory rims on there :)
Me Too! I wanted to keep them on there but the rear disc brakes need 15" wheels and those Buick Rallye's are 14". I have nice center caps for them too..

I should have measured the knurl size before ordering.
