- Welcome to day 14 of the 30 Day Improvers Yoga Challenge. Today's 20 min restorative yoga flow includes a slow and steady sequence of poses intended to help you relax and reset.
In today's class we will move slowly through a restorative sequence of poses to help you fill your cup ready for the next week of the challenge.

Hello Charlie from the United States, this is a very relaxing restorative yoga practice. You are an excellent teacher. Movement is the key to flexibility, and mobility while growing old. By the way, I am 77 years old., and have practiced yoga for 50 years. Yoga is a beautiful journey. Wishing you good health and happiness.

Hey Charlie, I want to congratulate you on how you set up the challenge lessons. I have noticed that performing difficult poses for two consecutive days helps to achieve the goal, the compass pose for example and so on. a big hug da Laura❤

How soothing was that! Cloud nine stuff for sure☺️Good to see you back in the sunshine Charlie, with the birds joining in too. Wrapping up the two weeks of challenges, I can feel that my practice has been elevated, despite having lagged on yoga length practices recently, while focusing more on ballet/Barre/ strength workouts. At 63, this is significant, as I find that by mid-afternoon my body has folded over, and if I don’t do yoga or stretches, I’m 2 inches shorter by bedtime and wake up stiff! Today’s restorative class was an excellent window to my well being: I feel flexible, positive and have no pain anywhere (other than good ab/tricep muscle “pain”)! All thanks to your excellent instruction Charlie🙏🏻

Lovely calming restorative flow Charlie thank you. I really enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the, almost Yin like moves. Lovely after a day of business to take some constructive recess time for myself.

Thank you ❤! Enjoy every day of the challenge. today's I love the leg extension best! I will be doing this one everyday after my strength training. I will ensure I have enough SPACE AROUND ME. Today I wasn't prepared and was in a tight space.
Space indeed needed… range of motion was not abt how far u can stretch but how much of the room u hv 😅 I was just moving around the floor trying to find where I can fit 😂😂😂

Great inspiration to follow along with this June yoga challenge. I'd pushed to exhaustion with 24hrs of practice per week in may. That really helped increase range of motion, though. Dropped back to 14hrs per week of practice for this month to be more strength and power focussed. It was amazing to hear and see how you've made it so far with yoga in 7 years.
