The acer laptops this year are top notch... they are giving you HX processor which has slightly better clock speed and 2 extra cores... In the review he mentions that the i5 hx is performing closer to i9 H processor... so in that case the i7 HX processor beats the i9 processor easily... For me the best value for money laptop in the market is the acer predator helios neo with i7 HX processor and the 4060 gpu... it's way cheaper than the laptops with i9 processors...
Also the thermals of these laptops are very surprising... I have a HP omen with i7 32 gb ram and 2070... my laptop runs around 93 degrees and it throttles and reduces performance to 3.2 ghz... these laptops are running around 70 degrees with 4 ghz and more cores... which Is really great

The reason for the laptop producing more fps at 1440p than 1200p in RDR2 could be due to the external monitor factor. Even linus tested that external monitors can give 10-15% performance boost in certain laptops with an integrated GPU in a hybrid system with the Dedicated one..

If you might have noticed, while playing RDR 2 on 1080p only 50% GPU was being used while at 1440p 80-90% GPU was being used and hence the difference in FPS

I bought the i7 13700hx version of this laptop a week back. Its simply amazing. Though I feel the battery life of amd 7940hs based laptops might be better but this one is an overall performance beast. For the battery i ran a 1hour 2.5 gb 1080p video locally with wifi blutooth off. The battery was down from 85 to 75. So quite good for normal workloads.
i have the same laptop, but with i7 4060.. the only thing that i dont like about it is that the back lid gets fingerprint very easily, and its very difficult to remove them.

I have brought this laptop (i7 rtx4050) 4 days before. So seriously this lap is a beast for gaming. Lots of ports are available for connectivity. However this laptop will not disappoint on gaming. The TGP of Gpu is 140w. The battery backup is only for 2 or 3 hours. At it is gaming beast we have to sacrifice the battery backup. The thermal management of this laptop is awesome continuous gaming of Uncharted 3 on almost max out settings for 4 hours. The Cpu temperature is around 78c and Gpu is 72c. If you are looking for a gaming laptop, go for it. However the laptop cost 1.30L. I brought it for 1.20L on students coupon discount. Purely value for money Sorry for the Mistakes in my English😊

It's GPU performance always scores between Outstanding and great on 3D mark Timespy. I have a very good laptop cooler amd I also undervolted it so it also gets great temps. Around 40 to 50 Celsius while non gaming and around 70 to 80 while gaming which are great Temps. My version was the last year it included 2 SSD slots and even a 2.5 drive which are cheaper so i have 6TB of space altogether ( they discontinued 2.5 in newer models for bigger battery) My experience with Acer has been great and I would definitely buy another one if need be. My backup non gaming laptop is an Acer Aspire from 2016 still going strong. All my experience with Acer has been good! I also hear very good things about the newer ones like Neo 16 and Nitro. I would recommend them for sure. Very good place too look for good prices is Ebay especially the refurbished ones that come straight from the Acer factory. Even thr new ones have better prices on Ebay than Amazon. Recently they were selling helios 300 with 3070ti for only 1100. I paid 1175 for my 2060 few years ago. 3070ti for 1100 is a great price

15:45 Reason behind more fps on 1440p is that at 1200p gpu usage is low i dont know why but at 1440p gpu usage goes uptop 97% thats why we are getting more fps and this is like glitch some time
It might be possible that after connecting it to external display, game might be running directly on NVIDIA GPU and not through iGPU, unlike the case when it was tested on laptop (then it might not be running through NVIDIA GPU.)

Buy Predator Neo, its more advance in CPU/RAM, GPU is under powered for old games compaired to Nitro, but FG supported games will give more FPS in 4050 vs 3070ti in 1440P. Aslo watch this video again , focus on TGP , not 1 game went beyond 100Watts, meaning after bios updates GPU performance will improve further as MAX TGP is 140W but in video, its around 50-60-max 80. So the 4050 GPU is more powerful.

There is theory that RTX 40 series doesn't perform well above 90watt or 100watt specially in games. What are your thoughts about this. For example rtx 4050 is not reaching to 140w it is only using 100w tgp of it's capacity.
External monitor lagaane ke badh, you will get FPS boost in a few games. That's the reason you have better performance in RDR2 after you connected external Monitor

Go for 95 watt 4050, 4060, 4070. Because no matter how much watt is delivered to GPU it will not deliver you more fps. It's power efficient or you can go with rtx 30 series at low price.

Man im pretty confused rn . My mind was set on asus rog strix but I need a AMD + Nvidia combo. Or atleast i7 12th gen + rtx 4060( 4060 is a must as it needs to be future proof) . The catch with other laptops with this configuration is that they always have some or the other issue . ( For eg MSI is selling this at maybe 120K but the tgp is just 45w) . My budget is 1.5 lakh and acer predator is 149990 ( i7 13th gen + rtx 4060) but I have never bought an Acer laptop before ( I have an asus tuf ryzen 5 3550H laptop)

Shiv bro this one has ddr4 memory. Which is in 2023 does not make sense , display is way way better in neo 16, by the way 4050 and 4060 produce better performance with less power drawage then 3070 or 3000 series. Bro, trust me as you budget is 1.5 lakh get the neo 16 i7 with 4060 varient , everything is top of line, you will be able to use it for next 5 to 7 years without any issues. I just bought it Eco/balanced/performance/turbo modes are given When i choose turbo mode cpu goes up to 85-90° When i choose balanced cpu stables between 60-70° and i can barely see any fps difference on msi afterburner Is that glitch or something
Problem only in your varient bcuz at balance my laptops temp stay between 40 to 50 at 30 room temp but right now here temperature is 45 celcius so laptop temperature stays 55 to 65

This i5 13500 HX is at par with i9 12th gen, so you can still go for this one. But also depends on your usage, if more high intensive things is what you need, then go for i7.

i7 hx series is overkill unless you do very processor intensive tasks like 4k or 8k video encoding. If you don't do such heavy tasks related to processor, than i5 hx is recommended since i7 being more powerful would gobble your battery like crazy. i5 13500hx is also more than enough for most of the ordinary tasks, including video editing.

I bought the i7 13700hx version of this laptop a week back. Its simply amazing. Though I feel the battery life of amd 7940hs based laptops might be better but this one is an overall performance beast. For the battery i ran a 1hour 2.5 gb 1080p video locally with wifi blutooth off. The battery was down from 85 to 75. So quite good for normal workloads.

On 40% Brightness and doing solely UA-cam (I do it everyday and the 80% batter cap is on from acer care centre so it doesn't charge over 80% and use power directly) and I get around 6-7 hours of watch time basically I complete 7 lectures on 80% of 1 hour each so yeah according to gaming centric laptop it is very good. I got the 512 GB model for 97000 from 125000

I have brought this laptop (i7 rtx4050) 4 days before. So seriously this lap is a beast for gaming. Lots of ports are available for connectivity. However this laptop will not disappoint on gaming. The TGP of Gpu is 140w. The battery backup is only for 2 or 3 hours. At it is gaming beast we have to sacrifice the battery backup. The thermal management of this laptop is awesome continuous gaming of Uncharted 3 on almost max out settings for 4 hours. The Cpu temperature is around 78c and Gpu is 72c. If you are looking for a gaming laptop, go for it. However the laptop cost 1.30L. I brought it for 1.20L on students coupon discount. Purely value for money

@@user-oi6kx6kt2r Well I can only tell you about my experience. I bought a refurbished Helios 300 with 2060 in 2021. Up too today its been a great laptop. It's GPU performance always scores between Outstanding and great on 3D mark Timespy. I have a very good laptop cooler amd I also undervolted it so it also gets great temps. Around 40 to 50 Celsius while non gaming and around 70 to 80 while gaming which are great Temps. My version was the last year it included 2 SSD slots and even a 2.5 drive which are cheaper so i have 6TB of space altogether ( they discontinued 2.5 in newer models for bigger battery) My experience with Acer has been great and I would definitely buy another one if need be. My backup non gaming laptop is an Acer Aspire from 2016 still going strong. All my experience with Acer has been good! I also hear very good things about the newer ones like Neo 16 and Nitro. I would recommend them for sure.
Very good place too look for good prices is Ebay especially the refurbished ones that come straight from the Acer factory. Even thr new ones have better prices on Ebay than Amazon. Recently they were selling helios 300 with 3070ti for only 1100. I paid 1175 for my 2060 few years ago. 3070ti for 1100 is a great price

It might be possible that after connecting it to external display, game might be running directly on NVIDIA GPU and not through iGPU, unlike the case when it was tested on laptop (then it might not be running through NVIDIA GPU.)

for gaming go for 3070ti. i7 3700hx is around 30% faster than i7 12650H though and if content creation is your thing go for predator.
Buy Predator Neo, its more advance in CPU/RAM, GPU is under powered for old games compaired to Nitro, but FG supported games will give more FPS in 4050 vs 3070ti in 1440P.
Aslo watch this video again , focus on TGP , not 1 game went beyond 100Watts, meaning after bios updates GPU performance will improve further as MAX TGP is 140W but in video, its around 50-60-max 80. So the 4050 GPU is more powerful.
Just go and buy predator Neo series it's too powerful laptop in this price range

Man im pretty confused rn . My mind was set on asus rog strix but I need a AMD + Nvidia combo. Or atleast i7 12th gen + rtx 4060( 4060 is a must as it needs to be future proof) . The catch with other laptops with this configuration is that they always have some or the other issue . ( For eg MSI is selling this at maybe 120K but the tgp is just 45w) . When i choose balanced cpu stables between 60-70° and i can barely see any fps difference on msi afterburner

This i5 13500 HX is at par with i9 12th gen, so you can still go for this one. But also depends on your usage, if more high intensive things is what you need, then go for i7.

i'm also same.But i think i'm going with predator because its cpu is better and 165hz and 400nits display and 1200p resolution.My soul purpose is editing coding ( productivity) gaming is my secondary option so i don't need 4060.If you are into more gaming go with loq it has 4060 and display is ok for gaming.

i7 hx series is overkill unless you do very processor intensive tasks like 4k or 8k video encoding. If you don't do such heavy tasks related to processor, than i5 hx is recommended since i7 being more powerful would gobble your battery like crazy. i5 13500hx is also more than enough for most of the ordinary tasks, including video editing.

@@samrudhipatil9348 pretty good actually, is really fast and the performance is so good. The fans are a little loud in performance mode and are quite audible otherwise it's gr8, it doesn't come with Ms office but there a powershell command that will activate your ms office
