As a native Houstonian, the lot size is so disrespectful. 8 years ago this home would price out at $425k. However, respect to those who purchase. I just miss afforable new homes on large lots.

Can y’all review the MI homes, Dickinson model home?? I think it’s one of ones in Marvida and maybe the Khov model home too. We are looking at those but not enough info.

When you think ample space between houses consists of a 5 foot wide path....Almost wish people would boycott buying homes that are as close as these so the greedy developers are forced to at least put 1acre lots on homes. Like the long format video's even though we had to hear Jojo's name 46 times!
Property taxes are outrageously high. We're talking over $20,000. Per year. That's roughly $1,666.00 per Month Plus HOA Dues, another $1,255 a year.
Dree's home is nice but, where is the sidewalks in the neighborhood
These builders don't even trim around the windows.
