One question: As company get anount from public based on initial decided market price of share during ipo process, what benefit does company get if the share market price reaches high or low as they have already received the money duribg ipo and all the amount generating due to buy/sell is between traders? If company is not getting any direct money from shares then why to split it as even if others trade due to low price, what benefit company have?

If the company converts the reverse profit into shares then the reserve profit should add into the market capital. I believe the new stock price = new market capital/new total shares, isn't it? I got confused there.

1. Mirae asset emerging blue-chip fund sip of 1000.
2. Motilal Oswal multi cap 35 fund sip of 500.

A Question:
From an investors point of view, how does a corporate action of giving out bonus reward the investors ? I see that the overall capital holding of the investor is unchanged as the stocks have doubled (assuming 1:1 bonus) and price per stock is reduced by half. The money held by each investor is the same even after the bonus. Could you please explain on why is it being called a BONUS ISSUE?

Face value has reduced not the market price . Eg you had 10 shares . Face value of rs 2 and the market price of rs 50 . Holdings = 500 . Now after bonus you got 10 more share but face value reduced i.e = rs1 and your total shares =20 . Assuming market price unchanged 20×50= 1000 ( rs500 is bonus )
