I've been using rogaine for a few months now. I was balding in the front. my hair has grown back completely. I think it has been 5 months. I've been using the Target brand Up & Up. I've always used it twice a day. In the morning and before bed. and with doing that my hair has grown back full and thick. and getting better and better as days go by.

thanks bruh, you gave me motive to keep using it. been 2 weeks for me. I have a deep receding hairline that I got from my dad. they say hair lost comes from the moms side only. then tell me why I have the exact hairline as my old man??

I’ve used the foam version for about 5 months so far. It has helped to retain the hair in the crown. But I apply it daily in the temples with a q tips twice daily. It’s working
Still needs to address the DHT in the scalp. I'm surprised he doesn't come out and say, add Finasteride or Dutasteride in ones daily routine or else you'll keep losing hair in spite of using Rogaine.

I had cancer when i was 10. I lost some of my hair (mostly crown area) through chemo therapy and radiation. Im 34 now. Would Rogaine work for me now after that time?

I’ve used it twice a day for about 3 years.. at 38 yo .. I feel I’ve kept 90% of my hair plus regrowth. I get mine at Sams Club

Hi guys .I'm here to sher my experience with you. I have used everything for my hair growth. Nothing workd on my hair .the things only working on my hair is . It's been over 1 month I'm having finasteride 1mg tabs. and using regaine with it .result is amazing .I'm very happy
I also take Finasteride 1mg daily before bed. Minoxidil at night and wash. Y hair with Nizoral shampoo
I have retained my hair and my crown is getting smaller and new hair is coming out on the vertex

Should I use a lot of it to maintain my hair? It seems to kinda hold it for longer than usual, but i’m still noticing the recession at the temples
Use the amount recommended in the package (usually 1ml per application, applying twice daily for men, once for women). Your body can only process a certain amount of minoxidil during a certain period of time, so any extra amount you use will be wasted.
Will it help if you have a scar and are wanting the hair to come back were the scar is
Portia Oles if you have a scar no hair will regrow. You can transplant hair into the scar and then the hair will grow

You should never wash ur hair everyday regardless of using minoxidil or not it’s bad 4U

Hichem Ben Ameur When you start Rogaine and when you stop Rogaine people can experience a temporary shedding within 1 to 2 weeks later. This is not typically a permanent hair loss. I tell my patients not to start it unless less you’re going to be committed to it long term it is not a trial and error for short periods

Something is not being answered. There are tons of reviews on Amazon that state that their people's faces become more wrinkled after using Rogaine. I don't want to look like an old man.
Hi. I stopped using rogaine two weeks ago after using it for 6 months and my hair started to get thinner and i had lots of shedding.
I have fairly long hair and i fear that most of it will fall off. So my question is how long of a time it is before the hair will go back to it's normal state and is there something i can do to prevent more hair from falling. and i didn't use rogaine for my head so why does it affect the hair so much?

Hair grows 1 cm per month. Rogaine is like brushing your teeth. If you want clean teeth, you brush everyday. If you want healthier growing hair you use minoxidil or Rogaine to help stimulate regrowth.

@@mohtx4505 yea i tried it and also had a few results but the problem i have is the itchy skin. if i use the foam it's not that bad but i think the liquid works better.

This is not true I'm witnessing someone using Rogaine daily and losing hair
There’s shedding fazes but stay consistent and keep applying 2X a day every day and it will work for Hair or beards
i have been using it and it is 5 weeks now. I got more hair shedding after i use it.Before i stared , i lost my hair during for long sickness. Then i started it after consulting with my doc. I know i should not give up but it is really frustrating to have more hair shedding after 5 weeks. I read that hair shedding is normal in the first stage when you use minoxidil. Can you please let me know more about it?

My experience, just a little bit has grown back and after 1 year, I overall still lost hair.

Jack Cloud you are correct ! It doesn’t work for everyone. It is not 100% especially if you do not give it a minimum of a one year trial.

+Airbus A310 I'm not sure. I have full thick hair now where I was balding. I still use it twice a day. i think it depends on what's your cause of hair loss. but personally I still use it twice a day.
