Get some DHT blockers in your system. Like caffeinated tea or coffee, onion juice, etc. I just made an herbal tea with Lipton black tea, rosemary, and cloves and I spray my hair with it daily and massage my scalp with oil to seal it in. Fenugreek seeds also help with stopping hair fall

GIRL SAME. i have bald spot at the same area. I have this since i was 6yo. It took me 8 years to slowly grow my hair back. But it was never thick like other areas. Also sadly the roots or follicles of those aren't strong or deep enough. So when i try gently pull my hair i don't feel any pain and the hair come off easily which again keep causing bald spot. I'm still hoping the roots of the area will be deep and strong enough so it won't fall out easily
