Love to see what you can do with this platform Greg!
I have this ski and it's really fun
I got my 2024 FX Cruiser HO in Deepwater blue a little over a month ago. I can say without a doubt the 1.9 is much more powerfull and respondsive then my neighbors '23 VX Crusier with the 1.8 The FX Crusier is super stable and comfortable, with the added recdeck it's perfect for throwing a cooler on it and heading over to friends, beaches, parties etc. I got it up to 65 mph by myself without really trying. I've already had to winterize it and put it up for now (NC) and can't wait for spring to really test it out for distance and pulling the kiddos on a tube. Winterizing was a breeze but I will say the engine cover is pretty much a gimmick, it looks great but serves no real purpose. I am very curious to see if a supercharge is something I could add later cuz why wouldn't I?Overall I am very happy with the purchase so far. I plan on making videos as soon as it stays warm :)
They are indistinguishable. LOL way to convince yourself
@@bob-a-louannamaria7960 Way to be a douche-bag LOL
@bob-a-louannamaria7960
11% is significant. 180 to 200 HP is a decent bump.
Read several posts of buyers saying they can really feel the difference including folks still running a 1.8 liter as a second ski.
Another reviewer got 68 MPH (dash reading) on a vx cruiser 1.9 that's pretty fast.
When we going to get those Vbox results for the new GP 1900r HO?
Like to see the 5-20, 5-30, 5-40, 5-50, 5-60 times...
Thanks for the content Y'all!
Ready to see what you do to it will most likely add the same mods just got my quote putting it on order soon
Excited to see what the N/A 1.9 can do stock and tuned. Even more curious when the SC 1.9 hits the market and it’s potential. Glad you still have your foot lol😂.
They didn't need another engine. What is needed is a complete redesign of the platform. Circus monkeys can't access the front hatch on the water and the rear deck is still miniscule.
I have a 2014 VXS and it is a nasty thorn in the side of many locals in my area. I have a newer GP1800R SVHO but sometimes it's more fun to go out with the VXS. It also has a sort of docile color too. I'll be awaiting the new 1900's if I actually see any.
My friend honestly I can’t wait to see you work on it and make modifications to make it faster and I can’t wait to see Yamaha make that motor super charger I am pretty sure they will next year.
Yes! It will be exciting
Great review Greg, appreciate you sharing. Love the unedited footage. Something must have got you good 😂🤪😜, surely wasn’t a Gator 🐊 like back at home Hulk Jr!

I don’t know if it was a fish or a crab, but it scared the sh*t out of me! Lol
@@GreenHulkGarage Man Up brother 🤪😂😜🤣😘
I can’t wait to see svho
I have a 2011 VTX Deluxe with 110 HP, and a 2021 GP 1800R HO, and both are very reliable, and they run great! Thinking about a 2025 GP 1900R HO? What's your feedback?
Curious to see if it sounds any different with thru-hull exhaust
TUFFFFF VIDEO
How fast is it stock ?
Any mods /tunes out yet to improve speed ?
What is best oil for high revving engines?
Does it still have the ribbon in this engine?
Are they gonna swap the SVHO with the same engine with an SC?
How can I get my VX Cruiser 1.9 from bow plowing at low speeds?
2010 R&D sold an 1.9 big bore lot for the sho Engines :-)
A big bore kit is FAR different than what Yamaha has done here. The entire cylinder head has been redesigned
yes but 1.9 litre is same@@GreenHulkGarage
My question is is 1.9 ho faster than 1.8 svho
I bet you can put the engine in a car, like a Ford Pop, MGA, MG Midget or a T-bucket.
Any speed numbers you can share? 🤪🤪
Hopefully they have addressed the head issues finally and hopefully they will answer back to Seadoos new edition when they supercharge this engine.
And Yamaha can go pound sand with these silly new green virtue signals, A greener version is ditch the engine cover completely and save the world from having to chemically engineer some new plastic!
Has Riva introduced a tune yet?
Yes! It’s available through the Maptuner Nano and part of the stage 1 kit 👍

Does this mean they doing a 1.9L SVHO motor?!! To compete with new rxp 325?!! I hope so!!
Maybe a 2.0 SVHO
