I learned how to deal w fire equipment. Had one go off and I opted to cover the $250 FD charge. Now all my guys are trained. If one ever goes off, we quickly start a small fire and walk away. It’s the “smartest and safest” way to save a potential $250-$500 fine.

5 breezeways, three stories. I'd quote that at around $1,000 per breezeway so I'd say about $5,000. For the treads and the railings as well as the walls I'd say an additional $3,500 in total so I'd quote the entire job, if I wanted to be aggressive, around $8500. Am I too high, too low?

How do you deal with the loss of pressure/ flow when going higher up on the floors? Do y'all use in line pumps to push the water up?
We have professional grade equipment - 8pm gas, powered pressure washers, there is no loss of pressure of any significance.
