I’m here for all of it!! I’m 55 and was too thin for about a year or so, also I’m very petite. 5’2”, and was down to 105. I’m now 112, and everyone tells me it looks like I’m aging backwards. So adding those 7 pounds was hard for me because I was obsessing with looking chubby, but I’ve noticed that my skin looks so much better!

I’m 4’11 and 55 years old, I have been the same weight for the last 15 years doing exactly what you do . I allow myself to be with 5 pounds of my ideal weight , once I go over I then eat lots of veggies, salad and lean protein and no sugar for couple of days then I’m back to normal eating . I also believe in eating everything in moderation. If I feel like I want a bagel 🥯 I will eat one but not everyday and if I eat bagel then that day no sweets etc etc. my ideal weight is between 105-110 . I feel my best at 105
yes!!!! All these fad diets are making people crazy! You and I share the same secret and it WORKS!!!!!! I JUST finally figured this out about a year ago! I can’t believe I wasted so many years with all the UOS and downs of fad diets!!!
Started saving your recipes on TikTok and watching your videos on here. I used to do the grapefruit eating and it does work. Lol..:just recently lost 26 lbs and have a few more to go. Any skin tightening videos?? Gravity, age and weight loss is hitting me now.

if you're trying to lose weight than just eat minimally food that you don't even have to think about! What I mean is almost just eat what will fuel your body (don't think about taste) eat to live! and enjoy your dinner! If you're trying to lose weight a couple hard boiled eggs or egg salad with some veggies on the side (plain) If you're not trying to lose eat something a little more fun but not too much (I like to be able to enjoy my dinner so I eat less during day) SO like chicken salad or tuna salad with toast!

Just found you on Tik Tok and I think you’re great! Just turned 36 and I think I need to buy a scale. I already do a lot of your tips. But a year and a half ago I started as a liquor and wine rep and have been drinking more alcohol and eating out at restaurants more. A scale will keep me accountable. Thank you for your channel and your positive advice. 😊
I’ll do a video on it ... but basically I have one for breakfast with eggs ... and I’ll eat a couple more throughout day IF I feel like going crazy and eating everything in sight! Lol so usually 1- with breakfast .. 1 as a snack and 1- at night IF I’m super hungry
