      Thanks for checking us out. Black magic is a combo of approximately 2 parts W sauce, 1 part water and 1 part vinegar plus your choice of seasonings. Hope this helps and God Bless.

      Sorry to hear that Bud. I didn’t pick up any flavor from it on my direct heat cook. I will say I wouldn’t use it for smoking though. Thanks for checking out the content and peace and blessings to you.

      Maybe that was different I use a gravity feed. It wasn’t direct, maybe that was the issue?

      ⁠​⁠@@djallstyle Although it shouldn’t be, I’m sure that was the issue. Your meat absorbed a healthy dose of those flavors from the cumin briquettes. I kinda feel like this charcoal wasn’t the best idea Kingsford has come up with. Seem like you pick up no flavor from direct cooks or undesirable flavor when you use it to smoke. I knew something was up when i bought it from HD for $2.50 a bag. Nevertheless I bought 14 bags😂. Some Cumin and some Basil and thyme. Figured if they tasted bad I could pick the flavor cubes out and just use the regular briquettes and still come out on top for that price. Never had plans to use it on a smoke except possibly trying to smoke some poultry with the basil and thyme flavor but now I’m scared😂. We live and we learn so smoke on Brother💯💨

      No doubt… I bought it for the same reason. It was 5 dollars but, the entire bag was all cumin & the other was all thyme & basil. So glad I didn’t use it for a brisket. It was horrible on my chicken. #SmokeOn 😂💨💨
