what a natural in sharpness. de facto movie maker prefer film than digital. they use digital because film is expensive.
Perhaps the most beautiful-looking format ever conceived, the surfing sequence was so immersive.

Hi SSimple, I like the 8/16/33 mm look. But is there cheap alternative? Getting the footage developed and digitized is hardly affordable if you want to shoot a full length analog film (and dont want to use pseudo-analog digital filter.)
How many fps are you recording?
I marvel at the composure and talent needed to take still shots like these on a trip. It's a lost art.

I would like to understand how much of this awesomeness depends on the camera and how much is down to your skills in post production. A lot of other K3 footage sucks, whereas this has the right balance of sharpness and film look. Also, how did you stabilise the footage so well ?
