Extemely informative. I forgot how detailed your videos are. Do you write/plan/film it all yourself? Your command of English and descriptive adjectives are exceptional.
Thank you very much, I really appreciate the feedback! Yes, do everything myself. It usually takes me 2-3 days to film and produce each review, depending on the car. Thanks for watching!

Really miss the content like this. The In depth tour, test drive, etc.
Me too, so glad hes back!
As long as I don't have interruptions in getting press cars, they'll be regular features again!
@@behindthen0thing Relax.
Same miss the old school way of doing the reviews. Need some more old school cars.
Me 2!
Kyle I remember when you had your Genesis Coupe back in the day. Amazing to think how far Hyundai and the Genesis brand have come since then.
Very true!
Except.. Where is 2021 Genesis Coupe?

Nice! Man I remember when you started doing these on your channel. Those were the good videos. And still making the vids today.
Thanks so much!
@@saabkyle04 Please review 2021 Kia K900. Thanx.
Terrific to see you're still at it! You have set the bar quite high that many others don't come close to with their reviews. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for finally putting up some new car reviews. I’ve been missing them for most of this year, and have been watching some of your older car reviews and I love them. I’ve been watching your channel since 2012, and I have always loved the variety of cars you do reviews on. For a blind person who loves cars, I find your videos extremely descriptive. Thanks for doing what you do, and keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for the support buddy, it means a lot!
Such a great video !! All questions answered! Thank you for making this video! More power to you!
It’s so fun to watch your reviews. You really set the standard on a car review style that is frequently copied but never duplicated. Hope all is well and have a great day!
Thank you very much Eric, I hope they take off again one day.
haven't watched your contents in years i like the new style of your videos
The exhaust on most luxury vehicles are usually loud sometimes quite throaty and deep but the G80 is so subtle and gentle. [I like]
Boy do miss your new car reviews Kyle! You always show us the right details and present them in way that's totally clear. Hope to see more like these again in the future 😊
Yessir thank you so much! As long as I don't get any disruption in press cars, they are here to stay as a regular feature alongside the projects!
Glad to see more reviews!
Great review as always. You set the bar quite high a long time ago that many of the current individuals don't come close to. Yours are most informative and provide someone with good information should they be interested in purchasing the automobile.
Wow, I really missed you a lot, I can tell that you are the best cars in depth reviewer out there, keep up the great work, plenty of information 👌, really amazing, thanks Kyle ❤️
Those camera views along with all the extra tech is great! Looks very comfortable. Thanks Kyle!!

I want one of these... I have always loved your reviews... glad you're doing some of these again.
More to come! Thanks Jeff!
Another great video Kyle! I'm enjoying the mix of projects and reviews. The reviews are classic, but the projects brought a nice little change imo. That G80 with the blue on blue is gorgeous. Keep up the great work!
Awesome, thank you!
I been watching your videos for years. I love these detail in depth reviews. I have a 16 Genesis and 2021 G80 is a good successor

hey great video kyle what a fancy car not much to the front right side of the interior almost looks just like a electric car but thiers lots of stuff for the drivers side that i seen of coarse lol its really cool heated rear seat thats something we dont see everyday lol but over all the car is awsome like u saiod its more luxary than sport and i agree it also reminds me more of a testla but other than that great video you did a fanstastic job and hard work of editing included thumbs up and shared

This is a really well done video and that car is stunning. My first car was an 89 sonata and that was peak korean car at the time. To see where they've come from and where they are now is astounding. I want one of these.
Thank you so much, I appreciate it! I filmed one of those first gen Sonatas wayyyyy bak in the day!
Great review!
Thanks!
Very cool review.
Thanks!
Its nice to see new in depth tour video from you Kyle why you stop to make these type of video?
I've talked about that plenty of times on social media and in update videos. I got burned out and it was too much to handle with building our house and moving.
Really elegant looking car. Nice to see in place of the garish modern cars.
Hey there Kyle how are you doing, I have been subbed to your channel for quite a long time maybe 6 years or so. Just to note: even Peugeot and Citroen make backward facing tachometers
Love from India!
I like the review.
Thanks buddy!
you are still the best, you are the first to not hear bmw or mercedes, and the first to say what the car has not what it does not have. I would recommend it to other "product evaluators" with great pleasure.
Thank you very much!
to know how to evaluate a new product, without making comparisons with others, to be able to do that only according to their own feelings, anyway for those who have them, means not to be brainwashed for years and years by journalists who own bmw GLE who have only three words in their vocabulary! it's that simple.
I knew exactly what you meant, thank you once again!
Ahh a Kyle car review. Time to prepare a cup of coffee and enjoy the show. Stay awesome, friend!
Mmmm a coffee sounds good right about now haha, I just came back in from recording voiceovers in the freezing cold LOL. Thanks buddy!

Hopefully they send them, I'd love to check them out. I don't have control over what vehicles I get, they come weekly at random. Thanks!
I love this car
Here is the question for you Kyle, being you have owned a Hyundai in the past. Would you buy one of these yourself? If so what trim package would you go for?
I miss the sound check of your reviews!
I love how it has a little retro look
Yesssss, exactly! I'm definitely an old-school guy at heart.
@@saabkyle04 Same! Even my dream car is a 92 f150 single cab!
back in the days this would of been a 5 stars review
Great review. Not sure why the 3.5 was not added to the G70. Not a fan of the rotary shifter.
All-new Genesis G80!
nice
Rather the full size G90 but this is a gem too
Just depends on how much you're willing to spend I suppose lol
The next generation Genesis G90 is currently being tested. Based on Genesis's current momentum, I expect their flagship G90 to easily surpass the Lexus LS and trade blows with the German full size cars. Based on spy shots it will have air suspension, dual LiDar sensors for autonomous driving, and flush door handles. Can't wait✨
Great
Nice key fob
I never heard or seen this car before 😮
All new!
Nice that it’s just as fast as the predecessor V8. I love Genesis’ sedans (saloons) because they are basically like Mercedes without all the Mercedes headaches/reliability issues. Admittedly they don’t have as many features as the equivalent Mercedes but hey, it’s WAY more reliable. Evidence of this is the fact I actually see a lot of G80s on the roads.
Yes, it's a great alternative, very underrated if you ask me.
@@behindthen0thing They’re the only good Hyundai’s though. Every car that Hyundai makes is crap except for the Equus, Genesis, and Genesis G70, 80, and 90. Plus it’s MUCH cheaper than the Mercedes.
Man you can't say "but its a Hyundai" or "its still a kia" anymore, Hyundai, Kia and genesis are really making some cool cars now and the quality and reliability is pretty good to
Infact Hyundai, Kia and genesis are making far more cooler and better cars than Nissan, Honda,Mitsubishi and Nissan now, who said "made in Japan" is always good
*okay i said Nissan twice lol, i meant to say Infiniti

Stay safe Kyle 👍
It kind of reminds me of my favorite future car, the all new 2020 Hyundai Sonata.
Isn’t this just a fancy Sonata? I’m not really up to date on genesis.
It has nothing to do with a Sonata, this is an all-new car on a RWD platform. Genesis is a Luxury branch of Hyundai, but nothing they currently produce has any real relation to any Hyundai model, except for some basic tech features.
Yeah I know but what I'm saying is that the way the genesis LOOKS LIKE ON THE OUTSIDE is that it reminds me of the sonata.
I hear ya! 😎👍 I was referencing the other guy's comment.
@@saabkyle04 Oh Okay! HAHA!
Would you buy one of these yourself? If so what trim package would you go for?

It looks fancy for a Hyundai!
Why the clamshell hood ?? And oh. Let me not forget it’s a hyundai !
Anyway are you left or right handed
Do you know if will it be released in Europe too?

Yes woo hoo!! Next review is the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe
All depends on what I'm sent next, I don't have control over what press vehicles I get each week.
@@saabkyle04 ok I get that.
@@saabkyle04 by the way I love the review!
Thanks bud!
Kyle - great job. Little pricey for my taste. For that price point, I would stick with name brand luxury vehicles.
Unfortunately Hyundai’s resale value depreciates quicker then other luxury name brand vehicles at the same price point. That’s only my opinion from being in the car business.
Only time will tell!
You're right, only time will tell, but Nissan and Lexus were all-new at one point and look at where they are today! I hope Genesis does well, I appreciate a little more variety in the market. Resale projections aside, this is a fantastic car that offers everything you'd want in a car like this.
Love these cars. I have a 2012 that has been a great automobile. They only thing I don't like about all the new makes and models of autos, is that they place the center screen on the dash like its and add on, instead of making it built into the dash itself. They all seem oddly placed. Seems like they are all trying to copy Telsa.
I don't see the relation to Tesla, but I understand where you're coming from. At first, I thought the same way, but I've come to appreciate it more as designs evolve. I was really impressed with how this interior was laid out.
I know, right? It comes across as a "tacked-on afterthought" in many cases. I think the early 2010's Mercedes C Class was the first car I saw with that display.
Everyone has different tastes I suppose!
Khu vực lái của tài xế ở bảng genesis g80 sao lại đẹp và sang trọng hơn bản g90 nhỉ
Does your mom still have her sequoia and if so you should make an update video on it
Yes she does, but I doubt anyone would watch it LOL

An American saw a Bentley and thought "yeaah, I can do me that"
???
Me too haha
Still think it needs two more cylinders and all 3 peddles.
Sadly I think those days have come and gone. We'll just have to build out "classics" to our liking LOL
I find it funny how a sedan bigger than an Avalon is considered "midsized"😂😂😂💀
It's really funny that everyone went big with everything, then was so concerned with downsizing and now we're once again trending bigger LOL!
This car is very nice. Im not a big fan of turbos.
Not everyone is and I totally understand why, but it's a way to make large power more efficient with the ever growing regulations. Ford for example has really taken it to the extreme. General motors is starting to follow suit too. I think the only brand that has yet to get into all of that is Dodge.
Aston Martin 🤔
I hereby predict that the British motoring press will crap on this beautiful car because it isn’t German.
I'm sure a lot of the big name outlets will, it's a shame really, these are soooo underrated. People are always finding ways to complain about something.
Do you remember Hyundai used to make the pony(excel)? Yeah mean either.
Hahaha I know right!
quite the far cry from your Genesis coupe.
Yes, very much so
As the engine sounds like it's going to throw a timing chain at 1:20..... I've owned 3, give me a naturally asperated V8 please.
I'm broke but I'm still going to act like I'm in the market for a car
I prefer the 1950s car
Well of course lol
@@saabkyle04 for example my dream car is a 1955 Chevy Bel air any color blind t the difference between a new car and a old on is that the old car is a manual steering.
Great choice, I love tri-five chevys. That's why I'm so pumped to be working on our Chevelle, it's more up my alley than anything I've done lately haha.
@@saabkyle04 I watch your old car videos I watch the startup of a 1955 Chevy bel air that you reviewed the light blue one way years ago of your old videos I just want to say I watched that so many times because I hope one day I get to have a bel air I always wanted one so bad. But yeah good luck to you I watch your videos so much you inspire me to work on and save me for a new car as my first car
60k 🤣🤣🤣 that’s m3 damn near m5/5 series money gtfoh
6:33 also BMW...sorta
I've never seen a BMW with that, which model?
@@saabkyle04 I donʼt know specifically, but Some say that the Gauge cluster is inspired by BMW. And even the cockpit is inspired by Lexus. Nice review!
Cool vid, but the car looks dated, just look at an 2021 benz or beemer, volvo.. This Genesis looks like an 2012 model....
I respectively disagree. I remember reviewing new cars back in 2012 and this is far from it. I genuinely think this is right on par with the competition. They knocked it out of the park.
This looks like an Audi A7
Why is it smoking
I mean why is the rear smoking at some part of the video
50-60k for Hyundai... nope. Changing the name/branching off does nothing for me honestly... Lexus is still a Toyota and Infiniti is a still a Nissan lol 😜
😐.
Not the high end technologies, refreshing and unique design, top notch materials and smooth, quiet, cloud like ride. Just the fact that Hyundai and is Genesis's parent company. Most idiotic and stubborn thing I've ever read.
Its not like its a rebadged sonata. It's wildy different u han anything they've made before😐🤦🏾♂️😒
I mean, I can't argue with that logic lol, but it still pays to compare brands when shopping. The Germans do exceptionally well with their offerings, but they're often out of reach for most, depending on what you're looking at. It's nice to have the variety of new brands coming into the market. To call it a Kia or a Hyundai is doing it a disservice. I highly encourage you to check one out for yourself, you might be surprised! I saw nothing that resembled anything currently offered by Hyundai or Kia. I think that's what Impressed me the most. It's literally a clean sheet design.
@@saabkyle04 you’re right but I’ve checked them out, driven them, it reminds me of GMC/Chevy... I’m serious it feels like I’m paying a premium for a different set of tail lights or head lights and seat trim... nothing substantial like the difference between a BMW and a Mercedes. Nothing I would trade in a new Sonata at $30k for a $60k Genesis.
But I own a Town Car lol 😂 it’s not like I can afford one. But still I say it feels like I’m driving a Crown Vic with softer suspension lol
Like I haaaaaate that the new Maybach is a suped up S Class... where’s the class distinction?
I do get where you're coming from! I've always said that I feel the new car market is becoming more and more derivative with less variety. That's why I was so excited about this car, it felt different to me. Everyone has their opinions, likes and dislikes, that's what makes us enthusiasts!
@@saabkyle04 I love it too. The whole genesis line. Hyundai and Kia have made a name for themselves. They’ve come a LONNNNG way from those ugly unreliable cars they started with lol and the warranty?? Now see now that I think about it, maybe that’s where $50-60k would be warranted. Can’t get that with the Germans
